Changwon hair salon clinic for tied-up hair damage: Vivienne Hair
In short
Vivienne Hair, Changwon Sangnam branch is a hair salon on the 2nd floor of the Moise Building in Sangnam-dong, Changwon, across from the McDonald's at Goindol intersection. With a scalp crown and ends damaged from tying her hair up every day, the writer had an Ayunchae repair clinic and a cut here, and the 3-step steam care plus layer trimming took just under 2 hours. No perm was involved — the clinic and cut alone left the hair smooth and swishy.

Hi, I'm Lena 💇♀️ Between parenting, housework, and working out, I have my hair tied up 360 out of 365 days a year, so it gets seriously tangled and lately I've noticed way too much hair falling on the floor. So I went to get a clinic treatment at Vivienne Hair, Changwon Sangnam branch, which is famous in Sangnam-dong for doing great women's hair! Result: super, super satisfied 👍🏻

If you're like me and can't manage your hair often, please read this post to the end. Here's my story of the Ayunchae clinic + cut that gave maximum satisfaction in a short time 💇♀️✨️ (Price list and store info are at the bottom :)
How to find Vivienne Hair in Sangnam-dong, Changwon, and where to park
Vivienne Hair, Changwon Sangnam branch is on the 2nd floor of Moise Building in Sangnam-dong, Changwon, across from the McDonald's at Goindol intersection. It's right above the yellow-signed Mega Coffee, so it's easy to spot at a glance ✂️

You can use the building's basement parking, but since space is limited, they also offer support for outside parking :) *2 hours supported at Real Parking Building

What the inside of Vivienne Hair looks like
The light coming in through the floor-to-ceiling windows made it bright and fresh, and with the clean facilities and the director kindly greeting me, I felt good the moment I walked in 💓

💬 Honestly, one reason I don't go to hair salons often is that, even though I'm an extrovert, I somehow burn through my energy really fast at salons ^^;; Anyone who gets this knows how important it is...? The directors at Vivienne Hair are so kind and calm that I genuinely got my hair done in total comfort!!
What is the Ayunchae repair clinic?
The treatment I got was the Ayunchae Repair Clinic (+cut). Apparently the Ayunchae clinic is a premium protein and moisture nourishing care system developed by Amorepacific.

The three steps of the Ayunchae repair clinic
- R1 (moisture supply): fills moisture into dry, split hair for hydrating care
- R2 (protein replenishment): strengthens elasticity by bonding keratin and fine proteins that form the hair's structure
- R3 (cuticle coating): forms a protective layer on the hair surface so nutrients don't escape, creating shine
She explained very thoroughly that it's done in 3 layered steps total. Hearing exactly how the treatment works kept me from getting bored during the process, and it made me more excited for the results ☺️

After applying the Ayunchae clinic product to the hair, a steam machine like this one keeps steaming your hair continuously.
💁♀️ Who especially should get this? 💁♀️
- ✔️ People whose hair has thinned and dried out from dyeing, bleaching, or perms
- ✔️ People who need to tame frizzy cuticles
- ✔️ People who need seasonal hair care during changing weather
BEFORE: how damaged tied-up hair looked

🙋🏻♀️ Yep, that's me,, the more I heard about it, the more I felt this was exactly the care I needed.

Since I usually wear a low bun or a high ponytail, I had damage around my crown and hair ends. It had also been a while since my last cut, so the length and layers had grown out messily 😂 Let me show you in detail how the Ayunchae Repair Clinic breathed life back into my frazzled hair❕️
The Ayunchae clinic step by step, with steam ✨️

Before the treatment, she gave my hair a thorough shampoo first, and her touch while washing my hair was so comfortable my scalp already felt refreshed... 🤭 After towel-drying, she applied plenty of product and let it sit briefly to fill in moisture.

So I wouldn't feel uncomfortable while sitting, she gave me a cushion and lots of snacks 😆

For a drink I asked for an iced Americano, and wow.. this place is seriously a coffee spot ☕️ It was so good I asked what machine they used haha. If you run out of snacks, you can get more at the self-serve bar 💓

In step 2, fine proteins are being charged deep into the hair to properly restore elasticity to the damaged strands.
So much steam was coming out of the steamer that it felt like sitting in a fog.. 🌫 It felt so mystical and fun that I kept taking photos lol. The steam was so thick it even blurred the camera itself haha. It felt like not just my hair cuticles but even my skin was getting moisturized 🤭

After going through the final third repair step, maybe it was just my imagination, but my hair felt slightly heavier, like it had been filled with nutrients! After the final shampoo, even before the cut, my hair already looked so much more put together, right?!
AFTER: the result of the clinic plus a layered cut

After a clean layer trim on top of the treatment, I ended up with silky, shiny hair 🌬✨️ ⏰️ The clinic plus cut together took just under 2 hours.

She styled it naturally, and I was so satisfied that just the Ayunchae clinic and cut — no perm at all — transformed my hair into something pretty 🖤 She even generously gave me Ayunchae shampoo samples, so I've resolved to properly take care of my hair through the changing seasons ☺️✨️✨️
I loved the after result so much I kept taking selfies and bragging to people around me haha. Even my tsundere husband said it looked pretty, so this was a 200% satisfying review of Vivienne Hair, a Changwon hair salon.
Prices and the 20% first-visit discount

The price was reasonable too, with no extra charge for length. There's also a 20% first-visit discount, so if you want to book through Naver Reservations, check it out.
