Changwon hair salon cut and perm in one visit: Vivienne Hair

It's been a while since I went to a hair salon. I hadn't been able to get my hair done properly for a while, so this time I decided to trim my overgrown hair and get a perm at the same time haha

Where is Vivienne Hair, Changwon Sangnam branch, and how does parking work?

Business hours are 10:00 - 21:00, and for parking you can use Real Parking Lot. It's a huge parking building so there was plenty of space haha. If parking at a hair salon is a hassle, you're already tired before you even get your hair done no matter how good it turns out, but Vivienne Hair Changwon Sangnam branch offers parking support too, so it was really convenient!!

The place I visited was Vivienne Hair, Changwon Sangnam branch, and since it's located near the main intersection in Sangnam-dong, Changwon, it was easy to find and also great for visiting by car — a solid Changwon hair salon haha.

Inside Vivienne Hair: salon atmosphere and price list

Going inside, the salon was bigger than I expected. Everything was tidy and organized overall, so there was no cluttered feeling, and it had a relaxed vibe for getting your hair done haha.

When picking a Changwon hair salon these days, I care about location, but I also pay pretty close attention to the store atmosphere. For treatments like perms or dyeing that take hours, you have to sit for a long time, so a cramped store can get tiring. Vivienne Hair, Changwon Sangnam branch felt fairly spacious and relaxed, probably because the space itself is big.

It's really nice that the prices are posted this transparently too.

This salon has lush trees outside, so the view is really nice haha. They also gave me a cover so hair wouldn't get near my eyes.

Why get a cut and perm in the same visit?

At Vivienne Hair, Changwon Sangnam branch, we decided to trim the overall length a bit and do the cut and perm together. In particular, my side hair had grown a lot, so trimming that part was needed. If you get a perm when your hair is too long, you might not get the look you want, so we cut the necessary parts first and then added the curl.

They gave me drinks and snacks too, so I could wait comfortably. This kind of thing may seem like nothing, but when you sit at a salon for a long time it actually matters haha. They took good care of me so I could get through the treatment comfortably.

Now the perm is in full swing haha.

It wasn't hot and wasn't uncomfortable.

The lower part didn't feel overly curled — it came in naturally, so my hair looked more put-together overall.

They put in a naturally falling curl like a C-curl at the lower part of my hair, and also trimmed the length of my side hair to balance everything out haha.

How the finished C-curl perm turned out

After it was all done, the curl came out more natural than I expected, so I really liked it haha. Trimming the overgrown side hair along with the perm definitely made it look neater than before. Especially, the heavy-drooping feeling was gone, and with a little volume and curl at the bottom, the area around my face looked much more polished too.

My designer was so kind and gave great recommendations suited to my style, and most of all, I loved the result!!

They gave me shampoo too, which was totally touching haha.

Vivienne Hair, Changwon Sangnam branch has great accessibility since it's near the main intersection in Sangnam-dong, and Real Parking Lot is close by so it was convenient to visit by car. Getting parking support too is definitely a plus for anyone driving there haha. The store is also spacious and clean, so even a long treatment like a perm wasn't too stuffy.

Most of all, trimming the length and adding curl exactly where I needed it made the result way more natural!! Getting my hair done properly after such a long time put me in such a good mood haha. I guess when your hair looks good, you want to go out even on an ordinary day.
