I heard there's a hair salon in Sangwangsimni, Seoul that does trendy, clean men's haircuts, so I went to check it out! From the interior to the friendliness of the staff to the skill level, I was really satisfied with this salon!

All the designers were experienced, so I could visit comfortably without any worries!

In the back there's a hair spa and shampoo area, which felt really private?? Maybe I'd call it a French-mood kind of salon?

I think a hair salon these days isn't just about styling — it's also a way to express your own individuality, and since your image changes along with your style, it's actually important. So a salon where you can get a customized style was really great!

Consultation with designer Jihoon and an autumn style for men

First, my hair had gotten messy since it had been a while since my last cut, and since it's autumn now, I came in wanting to change up my style!

I asked what trendy autumn styling looks like these days, and from start to finish he consulted with me first, recommending a style that would suit my head shape. It made me feel really good! Since the designers keep learning and researching, the consultation felt natural and easy going?

Men's down perm: was the scalp itchy afterwards?

He said the style I wanted would also need a down perm, so I got that done together with the cut! It's a Sindang-dong hair salon that only uses verified products like L'Oréal, Milbon, and Ayounche, protecting both hair health and shine. For the down perm solution too, the scalp soothing care before and after applying the product was so thorough that I had no scalp itchiness at all!

While getting the down perm, Oreudeubi in Sangwangsimni also offered coffee, drinks, and snacks, which was nice! There was no chance of getting bored while waiting~~ haha

How the men's cut turned out, and same-day booking

The back of my hair was cut clean and crisp, perfectly matched to an autumn style! haha Since same-day booking is available, this could be great for last-minute needs like a job interview or a blind date styling! haha

Designer Jihoon explained everything from hair care methods to maintenance so thoroughly and carefully that I was really satisfied! He said that if you come back within 7 days after your service, they'll do a free touch-up on any parts that need it, which made me feel like they truly put their heart into styling for every guest!

They're also running an event, so it might be a good chance to get your hair styling and scalp care at a lower price! I was really satisfied with this salon, so I plan to visit again next time!! I'll grow my hair out and come back!!
