Ordering the 1++ Korean Beef Special Course B

Marblejeong specializes in Korean beef and Korean pork grilling. There is a range of premium grilled dishes and course menus, and I ordered the 1++ Korean Beef Special Course B (₩79,000 per person).
It is a generous course, varied from the appetizers through beef brisket, abalone, LA galbi, the meal course, and dessert.
From abalone porridge to grilled Korean beef

Even the basic side dishes were served neatly and beautifully. A variety of sauces that brought out the meat's flavor came alongside them, making it fun to choose different dips.

Abalone porridge and appetizers
The savory, smooth abalone porridge settled my stomach first, then fresh yukhoe (Korean beef tartare) and jeon (pan-fried battered items) properly woke up my appetite.

The 1++ main Korean beef grill
The beautifully marbled 1++ Korean beef was so tender once grilled and put in my mouth that it made me smile right away. The juices that melted in my mouth and its deep flavor were truly outstanding.

Doenjang stew and fried shrimp
The savory doenjang (fermented soybean paste) stew had a pleasantly spicy kick that cut straight through the beef fat, and I could not help going, “Ahh~” after the first bite. The crispy fried shrimp were delicious too, plump and meaty unlike the shrimp you commonly get elsewhere.

Beef brisket and grilled abalone
The chewy yet nutty beef brisket and grilled abalone, which tasted wonderfully fresh, made for one luxurious flavor after another.

Finishing with LA galbi and naengmyeon
LA galbi richly soaked in sweet-and-salty marinade, paired with cool, clean-tasting naengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodles), made for a perfect finish to the meal.

Omija tea for dessert
The sweet-tart omija (five-flavor berry) tea served at the end cleanly cut through the richness of the meat, bringing the meal to a satisfying close.
An atmosphere and service suited to gatherings

As soon as I entered, several staff members greeted me warmly and cheerfully. The interior is upscale and sophisticated, with a spacious layout and many tables, so there were lots of guests holding company dinners, business meetings, and family gatherings.

Thanks to the staff's attentive service, I could relax and focus on the meal.
