Inside Cultured and bringing a baby along

It wasn't even lunchtime yet, but looking around at the other tables, there were already people seated ❗️

I wanted to go somewhere that stays steadily filled with locals rather than crowded with tourists, and the interior was clean and bigger than it looked from outside 😇

There's no separate parking lot, so I used the nearby public parking 🤓 They have high chairs too, so it's good for going with a baby 💗

The lunch special lets you enjoy salad plus pasta or risotto plus pizza all at once, and comes with a drink for each person 🥺 I added the great-value spinach cream risotto to my lunch special 😉

The mozzarella cheese salad comes out first, and it's perfect for waking up your appetite 🙆🏻‍♀️

Fresh tomatoes paired with savory mozzarella cheese, plus basil pesto and balsamic sauce — it really gets your appetite going, and the portion was huge too 🤣

Aliolio pasta - zucchini and roasted garlic

The aliolio (aglio e olio) pasta has zucchini and roasted garlic in it 🙆🏻‍♀️ The combination of garlic and zucchini really stood out in this dish, and the flavor was surprisingly rich 💖

Aglio e olio usually gets a bit tiresome the more you eat, but here the mild garlic aroma kept coming through, so I never got tired of it ❗️

The signature spinach cream risotto

I heard the spinach cream risotto is Cultured's signature menu item, so I ordered it, and one bite in I understood exactly why it's the signature 💗 It comes topped with grilled chicken, and the portion was quite generous too ❗️

Cream sauces can usually get sickening or heavy after a while, right 😇 But maybe because of the spinach, this dish never got tiresome even to the last bite — it was surprising 🤓

Tomato basil margherita pizza

The tomato basil margherita pizza sticks exactly to the basics, but you know how there are pizzas you just keep wanting to eat? The harmony of basil, tomato sauce, and cheese was fantastic 😉

Honestly, I'm not a big fan of pizza dough and usually don't eat much of it unless it's loaded with toppings, but this pizza had a flaky, pastry-like texture that wasn't dry at all, so I ended up finishing it 🥺 Soft and crisp — I cleared it completely even though I was already full ❤️

Overall thoughts

Fresh ingredients, great taste, and fair prices too — now I get why the place stays packed with locals 🤣

If you're looking for a local favorite while traveling in Jeju, or a comfortable spot to eat with a kid, I highly recommend this place ❗️
