Pangyo café street restaurant with parking and lasagna: Andover
In short
Andover is a European-style brunch and Western restaurant on the Pangyo café street in Seongnam, Gyeonggi. The writer reserved a table and ordered Andover-style lasagna, cod gratin & roasted vegetables and anchovy pasta: the lasagna was crisp outside and moist inside with no floury taste, and the anchovy pasta was savory and pleasantly salty without any fishiness. With parking right in front of the restaurant plus baby chairs and baby dishware, Andover suits a date and a family meal equally well.

Where Andover is on the Pangyo café street, and where to park

There are so many good brunch spots in Pangyo that I always agonize over where to go, so this time I decided on somewhere I'd never tried before 🤓 Andover — a place I'd only heard about by word of mouth. It's on the Pangyo café street, so it's great for driving over 💘 There's parking right in front, so I didn't have to worry about that at all 😘

There are outdoor tables too, so on nice days like these it seems perfect for sitting outside ✨
Inside Andover: the European-style interior
I'd made a reservation ahead so everything was already set up when we got there — good for enjoying brunch in the daytime and probably lovely for a glass of wine in the evening ☺️ Seeing the wine glasses already set out made me want to come back for dinner ❤️
The moment you walk in, you feel the European interior 🤓 wood-toned furniture, soft lighting, and little props everywhere — it felt like I'd traveled somewhere far away 💗
The clean-looking self-serve bar has bowls, cups, water, all set up for easy use 💖 There's a baby chair and baby dishware too, so it's good to bring a little one — perfect for a family gathering or a meal out, right? ✨

Each table has a QR code, so ordering was easy 🥺 Since this was my first visit, I picked whatever looked delicious ❤️
Andover's menu and what we ordered
The menu comes with photos and everything looked so good that I really struggled with what to order 🤓
Here's what I ordered:
- Anchovy pasta
- Andover-style lasagna
- Cod gratin & roasted vegetables
- Zero-sugar cola
How does Andover's cod gratin & roasted vegetables taste?

The cod gratin & roasted vegetables won me over visually first — the vibrant colors of the vegetables made me feel like I was really having a proper brunch 💖
Honestly, cod gratin was an unfamiliar dish for me so I hesitated before ordering, but it had none of the usual heaviness gratin can have, and the cod was tender and lovely 🤣

Paired with the roasted vegetables, the balance was just right — the flavor from the roasted vegetables was amazing 😜
Bread came with it too, so it felt like a hearty, satisfying meal 🥺

Andover-style lasagna: crisp outside, moist inside, no floury taste
The Andover-style lasagna — I really love lasagna, so I always order it whenever I'm at a brunch spot, and I was curious how Andover would do their version 😘

The key thing with lasagna is whether or not you taste the flour, and here I barely tasted any — the layered sauce and cheese combination was great 🤓 It was slightly crisp on the outside and moist inside, and the texture was so good 💗

It came with bread and salad to eat alongside, which cut through what could have been a heavy lasagna flavor — really satisfying 🙆🏻♀️

Is Andover's anchovy pasta fishy?
The anchovy pasta — topped generously with tomato, olives, and grated cheese, it looked so good I was excited before even tasting it ❤️

I'll admit I hesitated ordering anchovy pasta because of the fishy taste it can have, but I barely tasted any fishiness at all — it made me wonder why I'd even worried 😘 It had a clean, savory-salty umami that spread through the dish, with lovely flavor overall 💗

The sauce's acidity, the olives you bite into here and there, and the nutty grated cheese all come through together really well 🤓

I ordered the zero-sugar cola and it came in a goblet glass, which made it feel even more special 🙆🏻♀️
Is Andover in Pangyo a good date spot?
If you're looking for a European-feeling brunch spot or a nice-atmosphere date spot in Pangyo, I'd recommend this place ✨ The overall vibe and the quality of the food both won me over completely, so I'm planning to come back here on another date ❗️ Thanks for the meal!
