I spent a relaxed afternoon at Remangdore Seorae Village Branch, a dessert café in Seorae Village with such a nice atmosphere. I visited on a weekday morning after dropping my kid off at school, and the mood was so calm and warm, plus the coffee and desserts were delicious — I think this is going to become my regular dessert café in Seorae Village ❤️

Remangdore, a dessert café in Seorae Village, sits on a small corner in front of Paris Park 15. It's on the 1st floor of the building so it's easy to spot. It's also close to Sinbanpo Station and Express Bus Terminal Station — about a 10-minute walk. That day I had coffee here and then walked all the way to Shinsegae Gangnam for an appointment, and it went by quickly ☺️

Remangdore Seorae Village Branch had a cozy, warm atmosphere just like a European café. Visiting on a weekday morning, the relaxed mood was so nice. There were people reading alone, people working on laptops, friends having tea together, all kinds of customers. I was there for a leisurely tea time after school drop-off ❤️

There were several tables inside, and they said tables can be pushed together to make space for group gatherings. It seems like it would be so nice to have a get-together at such a pretty café.

Here's Remangdore's menu. There were various coffee and non-coffee drinks, plus their signature ice cream float. I ordered a sweet iced vanilla latte for a sugar boost in the morning. Decaf coffee is available too, so I ordered it decaf 😊 (getting older means caffeine doesn't agree with me as much... haha)

Display-case desserts and baked-goods gift sets at Remangdore

True to being a dessert café in Seorae Village, there were plenty of delicious, pretty desserts. Financiers and madeleines came in various flavors and looks, and there was a wide range of bakery items too, like egg tarts and croissants. They also had vanilla Basque cheesecake, so I ordered a slice! And the chocolate sea salt financier looked special too, so I ordered that as well haha

There were baked goods sets that seemed perfect for gifts. It looked like a financier and madeleine gift set, and since Chuseok was coming up soon, it seemed like a good option for a Chuseok gift too. The vanilla Basque cheesecake was also sold as a whole cake — this cheesecake is incredibly delicious, so I highly recommend it 👍

That time on a weekday morning, sitting comfortably at a pretty café, enjoying coffee and dessert in the sunlight. Pure heaven 🩷

First, this decaf iced vanilla latte was so sweet and delicious. Not an overpowering sweetness but a soft, nutty kind of sweet, so it paired really well with the desserts. Since it was decaf I could drink it worry-free 😊

This vanilla Basque cheesecake!! It was truly the best.

From the soft texture that melted the moment it hit my mouth, to the luxurious flavor of the vanilla bean specks dotted throughout — this was one of the best Basque cheesecakes I've had recently.

The chocolate sea salt financier was really delicious too. The chocolate wasn't just on the outside but inside as well, so I could enjoy the sweet chocolate flavor together with the nutty financier taste. The soft, moist financier was perfect to enjoy with coffee.
