Location and hours of People & Peoples
Located on the first floor of the Guk-cheon Building at 17-28 Giljuro 121beon-gil, Wonmi-gu, Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, People & Peoples is a distinctive Bucheon bar where you can enjoy great food in a relaxed atmosphere. It's open daily from 16:00 to 02:00, with last orders taken until 01:30. There's a parking lot on-site for anyone driving in. The shop runs an active Instagram account, so you can check the latest updates and menu photos before you visit. It's also very close to major shopping spots like Homeplus Sangdong and Bucheon Terminal Sopoong, so it's easy to reach on foot or by public transit.

Finding it from Sangdong Station Exit 7
Getting here from Sangdong Station is quick and easy. Come out of Exit 7 on Line 7, keep the Save Zone building on your right, and walk slowly along. Turn right into the alley with the bike lane and go straight a short way, and you'll reach the lively food alley near Sangdong Station. Step just a little further into that alley and you'll spot People & Peoples right away, with its sleek, stylish exterior.
A terrace that opens up with glass folding doors
Even before you step inside, there's plenty to catch your eye at the entrance. On sunny, breezy days, there's ample outdoor seating for a cold beer al fresco. The terrace area has carefully installed glass folding doors that can be fully opened or closed depending on the season and temperature. That means you can sit indoors and still soak up the romantic atmosphere of an outdoor pojangmacha-style setup. The owner also keeps soft knee blankets on hand for guests, a thoughtful touch for evenings when it gets a little chilly — genuinely touching.

An indoor hall with wireless chargers at every table
Inside, there are roughly nine neatly arranged 4-top tables. Each table is a fairly large square, great for ordering a spread of different dishes and eating at a leisurely pace. Ordering is handled through a tablet PC at every table, quick and convenient. What really impressed me was that every single table has its own fast wireless charger. You can charge your phone — or your smartwatch — right where you're sitting, no battery anxiety at all.

Double-sided big screen, great for watching sports
This place is also ideal for catching major sports matches on a big screen. High-performance speakers are set up evenly in each corner for immersive sound, and there are two large screens inside. The screen at the boundary between the terrace and the indoor hall is a clever double-sided design, so no matter where you're seated, you can watch soccer, baseball, or whatever's on with a crisp, clear picture. On days when a big game is on, it's hard to think of a better spot to gather with friends and cheer loudly over drinks.

Highball dispenser and house-made sauces
The equipment behind the drinks here is impressive too. There's a dedicated highball dispenser set up in one corner, so you get a consistently well-balanced, high-quality highball no matter when you visit. This isn't a run-of-the-mill franchise — every dish, every special sauce, and every drink is made by the owner personally, by hand. There's also a large dedicated wine fridge to keep fine wines fresh, and an air purifier and dehumidifier keep running indoors so you can enjoy your meal in clean, comfortable air.

The food menu lineup
The food menu is varied enough to satisfy all kinds of tastes. People & Peoples' signature dishes are the rich lasagna, the deeply savory gambas, and the golden-baked house pizza. There are six kinds of crispy fried dishes that go perfectly with cold beer, plus, for soju drinkers, hearty spicy soups, smoky stir-fries, and light dry snacks. There's also sweet sorbet and fresh seasonal fruit to cleanse the palate after eating. As for drinks, the menu covers everything — soju and beer, of course, but also elegant wine, crisp highballs, and premium spirits.

How's the cream cheese ham pastry pizza?
On this visit I ordered the pizza, a longtime favorite among guests. It arrived with the owner's own house-made chimichurri sauce, a palate-waking salsa criolla, and crunchy house pickles neatly plated alongside. One taste of those sauces, built up over a lot of care and effort, and you could feel the owner's real pride and cooking philosophy in every bite. The pizza itself came on a layered, flaky-yet-soft pastry dough, generously topped with soft, sweet cream cheese and salty ham. The moment I bit in, a fantastic sweet-and-salty harmony burst in my mouth and I couldn't help but exclaim out loud. Every time I lifted a warm slice, the milky cheese stretched long without breaking — visual proof alone that only top-quality ingredients were used.

Thanks to the wonderfully soft pastry dough, even the crust edges stayed moist and nutty rather than dry, so I enjoyed every bite right to the end. Just one pizza was enough to make me want to come back 10000 percent — it left that strong, dreamy a food memory. Pairing it with a sip of clean, fizzy, refreshing highball took the pizza's rich flavor to another level and rounded off a perfect dinner. If you're looking for a spot near Sangdong in Bucheon where you can enjoy that irresistible outdoor-drinking mood alongside food that's genuinely hard to beat, I can confidently recommend People & Peoples, a place where style and real care come together.
