Zooming back to Cheonan to see my honey again after six months 🚗💨 The raspberry latte and baked goods from last time kept popping into my head, so I couldn't not come back to Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch. Last time I visited when it was bright out, but turns out an evening visit is nice too~ I only ever seem to come when the weather's iffy, so the outdoor terrace remains a dream 🌂

Tables range from 2-seaters to large group seating. Great for solo café time, and also recommended for dates or blind dates! The vibe is warm yet hip 😎🤘

I visited on a weekday evening at 8pm and thankfully this much bread was still left! Of course, some things were sold out and disappointing... like lemon madeleine... or salt choco chip...

A café that still brings your order to the table, which is rare these days~ Three hard-won picks among all the delicious-looking desserts 👌🏻

Flat peach iced tea 6.0 - my friend's. You can choose between tea (still water) or ade (sparkling water). My friend ordered sparkling 🫧 I stole a sip, and it was less sweet than a regular iced tea, so it wasn't too heavy.

This is exactly what I came back to Brewers Coffee for, no doubt about it

Raspberry lattes aren't something you see often at cafés, and even where they do exist, I haven't found one better than this.

Matcha ganache canelé 4.0. The first bite made me think: Brewers Coffee really is top-tier for baked goods!!

Crisp and deeply caramelized on the outside, with soft matcha ganache packed inside. The bitter, rich matcha flavor pairs beautifully with the sweet ganache.

Crème brûlée flan 6.0

Crème brûlée flan 6.0. I ordered this out of disappointment that the crème brûlée madeleine was sold out. That disappointment vanished the moment I took the first bite lol

That signature crackly crème brûlée top and the sweet, dalgona-like flavor were so satisfying. And the inside was so moist 💧 I demolished it in seconds.

How am I supposed to resist an 'almond + chocolate' combo... The madeleine is generously coated in chocolate and studded with nutty almonds throughout. If you love chocolate desserts, this is a guaranteed hit 🍫

Why it's satisfying every single time

This was a café I really wanted to revisit since I was already coming all the way to Cheonan, and once again it was extremely satisfying ☕️ From the raspberry milk to the desserts, nothing missed, so if I have another reason to come to Cheonan, I'll definitely stop by again! Especially if you love baked goods, this place is truly worth visiting at least once 👍🏻
