I'm back with a review of a pizza-and-beer spot near Yeomchang Station that I left completely satisfied with, Eopija! 🍕🍺 My husband and I went together, ate until we were stuffed, and enjoyed the vibe too — I really wanted to share this place.

Where is Eopija near Yeomchang Station, and what is the bar like inside?

Eopija, a Yeomchang Station favorite, is only 3 minutes from the station, so it's really easy to get to. The moment I stepped inside, I liked the vibe right away.
The interior is casual yet stylish and sophisticated, making it an easy place to stop by without feeling like a big deal! It seems perfect whether you're looking for a Yeomchang Station bar for a casual beer after work, a Yeomchang Station date spot for couples, or a comfortable gathering place for friends. It's trendy without being heavy-handed, and just walking in put me in a good mood.
Eopija's half-and-half set: arugula pizza and cheese pizza on one tray

Since it was just the two of us, we ordered the signature rucola pizza half set!

Eopija's set menus are genuinely well-priced and generous. Even with a half pizza, there's a set where you can taste 4 flavors, and the side options are varied too.

There's also a happy hour set with draft beer plus one menu item for ₩10,000, which felt like an amazing deal.

The default snack that comes out is called 'pizza time' crackers, and they're super crunchy — oddly addictive. Right after that, our order arrived.

The set includes: rucola pizza + cheese pizza (half each), choice of one side (tteokbokki / oven spaghetti / Cajun fries), salad, and (complimentary) nachos. If you're worried a half pizza means small portions, don't be! We were surprised first by the generous look of it the moment it arrived, and surprised again by how loaded the toppings were.

The rucola pizza had plenty of fresh rucola and bacon piled on, while the cheese pizza was so packed with cheese you couldn't even see the dough underneath.

The generous pile of rucola cut right through the richness of the pizza, so it never got heavy and I kept reaching for more.

The cheese pizza, on the other hand, had a deep, savory-salty cheese flavor and was the perfect crispy-outside, chewy-inside slice.

Alternating between a bite of rucola and a bite of cheese, there was never a moment I got tired of it!
Eopija's sides: cheese tteokbokki and garlic butter nachos

The real value of the set menu is in the sides — we only ordered a half pizza set, but the table ended up completely full!
1. Cheese pepperoni tteokbokki
We picked tteokbokki (spicy rice cake) as our side, but it wasn't the usual kind — this one had mozzarella cheese and pepperoni mixed in.

It felt like pizza and tteokbokki fused into one perfect combo — kind of like pizza-flavored tteokbokki, with a sauce that clung to every bite in the best way. Funny thing is, my husband is normally the real tteokbokki fiend in our house — he always devours it whenever we go out for it. But this time, I think I actually ate more than him because I was so won over by this uniquely flavored sauce! The combination of the savory pizza cheese, salty pepperoni, and sweet-spicy tteokbokki sauce was great.
2. Salad and complimentary garlic butter nachos
And that's not all. Salad and nachos come as complimentary extras too! The fresh salad refreshed my palate in between bites, and the crispy nachos were the perfect beer snack.

The garlic butter sauce that comes with the nachos is especially amazing... The savory, sweet-and-spicy garlic butter aroma paired with the crispy nachos was so good my hand couldn't stop reaching for more. It felt like the perfect beer-snack spread.

Parmesan cheese, hot sauce, mouthwash, and even blankets were available self-serve, and there were even candies to freshen your breath on the way out.
Is Eopija worth it, and who should go?
The two of us enjoyed the half pizza set plus sides, and the portions were so generous we walked out patting our full bellies. Taste, quantity, and atmosphere — nothing was lacking in this perfect spread.
I'd recommend this to:
