Vegan poke restaurant in Seongsu: tofu nugget Dua Bowl, Le Vegie Wang
In short
Le Vegie Wang Seongsu Space is a poke and salad bowl restaurant on Yeonmujang 1-gil in Seongsu, Seoul, a 5-minute walk from Exit 4 of Seongsu Station. We shared the vegan Dua Bowl topped with tofu nuggets, the Yeona Bowl piled with thick-cut raw salmon, and a green smoothie. Because both vegetarian and meat-eating friends can find a bowl they want, Le Vegie Wang is an easy Seongsu poke spot to visit as a group.

Le Vegie Wang Seongsu Space The Yeona Bowl, topped with generous chunks of raw salmon, is the signature dish here. The salmon is thick and satisfying to chew, and the grapefruit sauce keeps the finish clean. The Dua Bowl we also ordered is a vegan option — the tofu nuggets are crispy outside and soft inside, so it's easy to eat without feeling heavy. The salad bowls come with oat rice, leafy greens, protein and toppings all in one bowl, making it a filling lunch too. It's great to come with vegetarian friends since everyone can pick their own bowl, and with the green smoothie on the side, we didn't feel weighed down afterward. A poke spot worth stopping by when you want a light but filling meal in Seongsu.

This is Le Vegie Wang Seongsu Space, located on the first floor of an alley on Yeonmujang 1-gil.

Lunch hours are 11–15:00 and dinner is 16–20:00, open every day. Pet-friendly and vegan dining options are available.

Inside Le Vegie Wang: atmosphere and seating
Walk through the door and light pours in through the floor-to-ceiling windows, with plants placed throughout. All the greenery fits well with a salad-eating spot.

You order first, then pick up your food at the pickup zone.

A long wooden table sits alongside round two-person tables, so seating works for different group sizes. Wooden furniture and plants placed throughout give the space a calm, comfortable feel.

What goes into the salad bowls, and what we ordered
The salad bowls come with oat rice, leafy greens, protein, toppings and a mixer, and you can skip the oat rice or swap the mixer if you like. With salmon, shrimp, chicken, steak, and vegan options like tofu and tempeh, it's a good Seongsu salad spot to visit even when everyone in the group has different tastes.
We ordered one Yeona Bowl, one Dua Bowl, and one green smoothie.

Dua Bowl: the vegan bowl with tofu nuggets
First up, the Dua Bowl — Tofu nuggets come topped with sautéed mushrooms, avocado and tomato, with a soy mixer of apple and soy mayo served on the side.

The small cup in the middle holds jalapeño plum dressing. It's served separately so you can season it to your own taste.

Take a spoonful of oat rice together with the avocado and the nuttiness really comes alive.

The tofu nuggets have a thin coating and don't fall apart even when picked up with a fork.

Bite one in half and the inside is plain white, soft tofu. Even without meat, it's filling enough that I'd recommend it to anyone trying a vegetarian dish for the first time.
Yeona Bowl: raw salmon with garlic scape mixer
Next is the Yeona Bowl. Raw salmon is surrounded by avocado, soft-boiled egg and tomato, with a green garlic scape mixer on one side.

The garlic scape mixer combines garlic scape pesto with olives, lentils, paprika and green beans — the lentils give a nice pop of texture when eaten with the rice.

Scoop up salmon, soft-boiled egg and leafy greens together, and the grapefruit sauce adds a refreshing tang that pairs well with the salmon's rich flavor.

How is the green smoothie at Le Vegie Wang?
The green smoothie is blended from avocado, banana, apple, kale and green grapes. You can also swap the milk for soy milk.

Just one glass of the green smoothie is filling on its own. It paired well with the poke bowls, and made for a healthy meal overall.
Why the Dua Bowl and Yeona Bowl work for sharing
Both bowls were packed with varied ingredients and tasted great, and we felt full but not weighed down afterward. Salmon lovers can go for the Yeona Bowl, while those looking for a vegetarian option can pick the Dua Bowl — it works well for group visits with different preferences. If you're looking for a light yet filling, healthy lunch on Yeonmujang-gil, this is a Seongsu poke spot worth recommending.
