Brivite Seongsu: pasta and steak in a pretty Seongsu space

The day I visited with a friend, we had plans to check out a pop-up in Seongsu~~ We decided to eat a nice lunch first before browsing, and after some searching, we picked Brivite Seongsu!

My friend and I have been trying to eat healthy and clean food lately, and when I looked at the menu, it seemed to match the vibe we were going for.

From pasta to gnocchi, steak, and salads, this place serves a wide range of Western dishes, making it good for anything from a casual lunch to a leisurely dinner. ♡

How to walk to Brivite Seongsu from Ttukseom Station

Brivite Seongsu is about a 7-minute walk from exit 4 of Ttukseom Station. Walking through the alley, you'll easily spot the pretty pink sign and door.

Once inside, the space is bigger than expected and decorated with a warm feel. There are cute props and posters here and there, so it's fun just to look around~♡-♡

The window seats especially had a nice atmosphere, with a big window looking out onto the Seongsu alley scenery.

Seating at Brivite Seongsu at noon on a weekday: is there a wait?

Brivite Seongsu's seating is mostly 2- and 4-person tables, and I saw groups pushing tables together to eat comfortably. We visited around noon on a weekday and could sit fairly easily, but there might be a wait on weekends or during peak meal times, so it seems like a good idea to reserve through Naver or Catch Table before visiting.

The menu features a variety of dishes including pasta, gnocchi, salads, and steak. There's even a rabbit pasta that kids would love, topped with a cute mozzarella cheese rabbit that makes it a visually appealing dish for children.

When we visited, there were families with kids too, so it looks like a good option for anyone looking for a Seongsu restaurant with kids or Seongsu spots to eat with children.

After choosing your menu, you ring a bell and a staff member comes to take your order. The little bell fit the atmosphere of the space well, and choosing the menu and ringing the bell with my friend was oddly fun.

First up, the Brivade Grapefruit. It's Brivite's signature grapefruit ade with a distinct grapefruit tartness. Sipping it between bites of food felt refreshing and cleansed the palate, making it a nice pairing with the meal.

Greek yogurt salad: the refreshing dish I liked most

The dish I was most satisfied with that day was the Greek yogurt salad. Made with Greek yogurt, basil, and tomato, it had a refreshing taste that went well alongside the main dish.

The thick, homemade Greek yogurt combined with sweet and tangy tomatoes and fragrant basil was a great combo! The green oil drizzled on top had such a good aroma I was curious what it was — it added a subtle depth of flavor between the yogurt and tomato, and I really enjoyed it.

When you're eating a main dish like pasta or steak, ordering a refreshing salad like this to have alongside is a nice touch — personally, this was a dish I really liked.

Salmon steak pasta with an extra 4,000 won piece of salmon

A clean yet slightly spicy ragu sauce topped with salmon steak! We added an extra piece of salmon steak, and the long strip of salmon on top made the dish look quite pretty.

The noodles were cooked just right, and the deep, savory ragu sauce was delicious.

The salmon was good on its own, but dipping it lightly in the pasta sauce worked really well too. The combination of the spicy, savory sauce and the mild salmon meant it wasn't overwhelming to eat.

Is Brivite Seongsu a good spot for lunch in Seongsu?

I went looking for a healthy, clean meal with a friend, and the menu selection was pretty satisfying. If you're looking for a place in Seongsu to have a filling Western-style lunch in a pretty space, Brivite is worth remembering!

Another plus is that you can choose from a variety of menus depending on your taste — pasta, gnocchi, steak, salad. With such a pretty atmosphere too, it seems like a place that would suit a lunch with friends, a date, or even a family meal.
