Here’s the interior of Brewers Coffee. There’s a nice range of tables, from bar seating to group tables for up to 10, so I’d recommend it for a solo café visit in Sinbu-dong or a date too~ (** I visited at around 4 p.m. on a Friday, and it was almost full.) As expected... it really is such a popular café.

✨Almond chocolate madeleine✨ My favorite madeleine.. ❤️ It’s perfect when you need a sugar boostㅠ Chocolate can be a bit much when it’s overly sweet, but this had a nutty almond texture and chocolate that was deliciously, just-right sweet! The almond flavor isn’t too assertive, so I think even people who don’t like nuts would enjoy it.

Vanilla flan

✨Vanilla flan✨ A type of French pie, full of the aroma of natural vanilla beans ⊹ ࣪ ˖ The outside is crisp, while the vanilla custard inside is moist, bouncy like pudding, and richly sweet! = It feels like a big egg tart.

Crème brûlée madeleine

✨Crème brûlée madeleine✨ With a caramelized outer layer and sweet custard cream inside, it has a soft sweetness and rich flavor.

Apple juice

✨Apple juice✨ Its refreshing, natural sweetness cleans up your palate nicely, so it goes really well with the madeleines. It tastes like a premium apple juice. I recommend Brewers Coffee in Cheonan, a great baked-treat spot for a Sinbu-dong, Cheonan date course ❤️
