Okonomiyaki restaurant in Songdo for a couple's lunch set: Jojo
In short
Jojo Triple Street Branch is a Japanese teppanyaki restaurant on the 1st floor of Building C, Triple Street, in Songdo, Yeonsu, Incheon. A married couple ordered the Jojo Signature Set for Two (39,000 won) for a late weekday lunch and shared Jojo okonomiyaki, spicy karai yakisoba, and donpeyaki (pork-and-egg omelet) kept warm on the tabletop griddle. Rich sauce, spicy noodles, and fluffy egg arriving in turn made the set a satisfying lunch for two.

Let me introduce Jojo, a teppanyaki spot in Triple Street, Songdo, Incheon. My husband and I wanted a delicious lunch in Songdo after a while, and we ended up at this Songdo Triple Street favorite, Jojo.

We wanted something a bit different from the usual pasta or meat dishes, and since Jojo lets you try Japanese teppan dishes like okonomiyaki and yakisoba all in one visit, we picked it for lunch.

Where is Jojo Triple Street Branch, and what is it like inside?
Jojo Triple Street Branch is located at 33-3 Songdogwahak-ro 16beon-gil, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, on the 1st floor of Triple Street Building C. It's a convenient spot to stop by before or after shopping or a movie, and since you can use the Triple Street underground parking lot, it's easy to visit by car too.

Walking into Jojo, you get a vibe that reminds you of a teppanyaki specialty restaurant in Japan. You can watch food being made on the big griddle in the kitchen, and each table also has its own griddle, so I liked that we could keep eating the finished dish warm right down to the last bite.

Writing your menu and nickname on a slip of paper when ordering was also a fun touch. When the food came out with a little flag bearing the nickname we'd written, our ordinary late lunch felt a bit like a small event.

Jojo Signature Set for Two: okonomiyaki, karai yakisoba, donpeyaki
That day, my husband and I ordered the Jojo Signature Set for Two for ₩39,000.

The Jojo Signature Set for Two comes with Jojo okonomiyaki, karai yakisoba, and donpeyaki. Okonomiyaki alone might feel a bit one-note, but with a noodle dish and an egg dish coming along too, it was great for two people to enjoy a range of flavors together.

The first thing that caught my eye was the thick Jojo okonomiyaki.

The appetizing sauce, mayo, and bonito flakes came together in a way that got our appetite going just from looking at it. The cabbage's texture and the flavor of the ingredients paired well with the rich sauce, and since it sat on the griddle as we ate, it stayed warm to the very last bite. The karai yakisoba lived up to its name with a touch of spice, making a nice combo with the okonomiyaki.

After eating the sweet, salty teppan dish for a while, taking a bite of the spicy yakisoba felt like it woke our appetite back up. It wasn't overly spicy, just pleasantly spicy, so both my husband and I ate it without any trouble.

The dish my husband liked especially was the donpeyaki. Soft egg wrapped around pork and vegetables gave it a charm different from the okonomiyaki. Thanks to the egg's savory, fluffy taste, it was great to eat in between bites of the spicy yakisoba.

Alternating between the three dishes meant the flavors and textures kept changing, so it never got boring, and it was a satisfying lunch spread for two people. My husband and I agreed, 'good thing we ordered the set,' and enjoyed every bite.

That said, the sauce overall is quite rich and on the sweet-salty side, so if you usually prefer lighter food, I'd recommend trying it plain first rather than adding extra sauce right away. On the other hand, if you like richly flavored teppan dishes or food that goes well with beer, you'll probably be very satisfied.

Why Jojo works for a date lunch in Songdo
Having visited in person, I found that this Songdo Triple Street favorite, Jojo, isn't just a place to fill your stomach — there's real enjoyment in watching the teppan cooking and sharing warm food together. It works well for a weekday lunch date with your spouse, a couples' date, or a Songdo date with a partner. It's also well positioned for a meal after looking around Triple Street and Hyundai Premium Outlet.
If it's your first visit, try the Jojo Signature Set for Two like we did to experience the signature dishes first. Next time, I'd like to try the cod roe monjayaki and cod roe gyoza on their own.
There can be a wait on weekends or at peak meal times, so it helps to check Catch Table for waiting status beforehand. Also worth checking store info for hours and break times before you visit.
