Euljiro burger restaurant with new patty melt and 3 dipping sauces

Today I'm introducing a burger spot in Euljiro-ip-gu I absolutely loved — Daily Fix! It was so good I went back for round two haha ෆ

Daily Fix Euljiro is close to the stations — a 5-minute walk from City Hall Station and just 2 minutes from Euljiro-ip-gu Station ෆ

Feels just like an American burger joint

The exterior and interior have exactly this vibe !!✨✨ The atmosphere makes you feel like you've stepped into an American burger place ,, 🎵 super hip and relaxed energy ˚ෆ*₊ There were foreigners there too, which made it feel even more American haha

What's on the menu

Let me show you the menu first ~~ Double cheeseburger, pastrami sandwich burger, bacon cheeseburger, classic burger, Hawaiian burger, Philly cheesesteak burger, chicken burger, cheeseburger, triple cheeseburger, truffle mushroom burger, and the new patty melt ! So many burgers and sides to choose from, I love it ,,🤤🍔🍟🧡

First up was the bacon cheeseburger — the one Kang Min-kyung raved about, which I was most curious about ! I'd already tried the chicken burger and pastrami sandwich last time, so I also got the new patty melt (❁´▽`❁) ✨✨

One order of 18 Fries, one order of the thin fries

Once you pick your burger, you choose topping options / fries & drink set / dipping sauce — since Daily Fix is known for its fries ,, If you're going with two people, I highly recommend getting one thick-cut 18 Fries and one thin fries, they're totally different in character!

Ta-da ~~~🍔✨✨ Bacon cheeseburger and patty melt sandwich ! Isn't the visual amazing ..🤍

First, the bacon cheeseburger with the 18mm fries we got as a set ,, they're seriously thick and crispy 🥺🥺 Personally, if you can only order one, I'd recommend the 18 Fries. So good !!

This is the new patty melt sandwich with the thin fries ! Exactly thin, crispy, salty, delicious fries. If you're on Team Thin Fries, order these. They're delicious too, but places with thick-cut fries are rare, so ..🫶🏻

How does the new patty melt taste?

Let me show you a cross-section of the patty melt sandwich first — inside the rye toast there's a hanwoo (Korean beef) patty, cheese, and a generous amount of caramelized onions. That sweet, deeply savory onion is a total game-changer 🤎

Bacon cheeseburger

Next up is the burger Kang Min-kyung raved about, the most famous item at Daily Fix and the one I was most looking forward to — the bacon cheeseburger !🍔🧀🥓

Inside a soft bun there's house-smoked bacon, a thick 100% hanwoo beef patty, and rich, melty cheese that clings to your mouth 🤤 One bite and you totally get why it's the signature menu ..🧡 I felt it with the patty melt too, but the hanwoo patty here has seriously intense beef flavor, so good ㅠㅠ !!🫶🏻🫶🏻

Comparing the 3 dipping sauces

There were several dipping sauces available so I wanted to introduce them, and ordered all three extra (❁´▽`❁) 🤍 (the sauce at the top left is the default ketchup) First, the Signature Dipping Sauce, bottom right — a clean flavor that pairs well with fries and fried chicken. The Ranch Dipping Sauce, top right, is thick and creamy — totally recommend it if you like creamy sauces. My friend said this one was her favorite haha. The Green Mayo Dipping Sauce, bottom left, is made from freshly ground celery — fresh and a little spicy. Honestly, it was my first time trying a celery-based sauce, so it was pretty novel, and it actually went surprisingly well with both fries and burger. The slight spiciness made it great for dipping fries too 🙊🙊

And that's how the two of us finished it all off ,,✨ It was so good we cleaned our plates completely ~~~ Next time I'm coming back to Daily Fix to try all the menu items I haven't had yet ..🧡🧡
