Attention everyone looking for a Hannam-dong hair salon! They're great at recommending hairstyles and finishing them beautifully, but this time the scalp clinic I got was so refreshing that I'm super excited to introduce this hair spot to you!

The scalp clinic, with designer Youngseo
The designer who did my scalp clinic this time was Youngseo, and her hands were seriously skilled. She explained everything thoroughly, which I loved, and my scalp felt so much cooler and cleaner before/after — the pore buildup removal was really thorough!

The scalp clinic process
The scalp clinic with designer Youngseo started with a scalp diagnosis right away.
They diagnosed the scalp first before starting, and looking at the results, there was quite a lot of buildup clogging the pores. This clinic was actually for my younger sister, and she always just air-dries her hair after washing.... That habit had led to a lot of buildup in her scalp pores, and designer Youngseo firmly told her she absolutely must blow-dry right after washing from now on! Everyone, please take note too.
The clinic properly kicked off from here — using products that are great for the scalp, she massaged thoroughly while doing the buildup removal step. You feel that cooling sensation the whole time, of course, and the scalp massage really helps with blood circulation too. She ran a steamer briefly to soften everything up,
and then applied a generous amount of ampoule.
After that, she gave a really deep scalp massage — apparently it felt incredibly refreshing. Her fingertips are so skilled that the scalp massage felt like way more than just refreshing.
Afterward, they checked the scalp condition once more, and you could clearly see the pores were breathing much better than before.
At the end, she dried the hair and finished off with a scalp-friendly tonic spray!
Results after one scalp clinic session
The scalp clinic ended up being a very satisfying experience. Ideally, scalp clinics are best done consistently, and that's when you really start seeing the full effects.
