Suwon Station pasta for three: fire chicken cream at Rolling Pasta

In short

Rolling Pasta Suwon Station Branch is a pasta, pizza and pilaf restaurant on the 2nd floor of a building about 80m from Suwon Station Exit 7, open daily 11:00-21:30. Three friends shared fire chicken cream pasta, bulgogi pilaf in the basic flavor and a medium gorgonzola pizza, and the spicy cream cut the richness so the pasta was finished to the last bite. With no overlap between the three dishes, Rolling Pasta Suwon Station Branch is an easy pick for a group splitting plates.

I'm Yujin, a Suwon local. Today's story is about going out for Western food with friends near Suwon Station. This time we visited Rolling Pasta Suwon Station Branch.

It's right in front of Suwon Station so it's super accessible, and it has a wide range of menu items beyond just pasta — pizza, pilaf, you name it — so it's great for ordering a bunch of different things. Honestly I come here often with my boyfriend to stuff ourselves.

We got a nice opportunity with a discount, and we tried three things: fire chicken cream pasta, bulgogi pilaf in basic flavor, and a gorgonzola pizza M. So let's get into it~~

Inside Rolling Pasta: window seats and full-length glass

Spacious interior of Rolling Pasta Suwon Station Branch with many tables

The inside of Rolling Pasta Suwon Station Branch is really, really spacious, with quite a lot of tables.

Clean, casual seating area inside the restaurant

Overall it had a clean, casual vibe, and there's a row of tables running along the window on one side.

The window side is floor-to-ceiling glass, so we could eat while looking down at the street in front of Suwon Station. There are also several 2- and 4-person tables further inside, so it's a good spot for a casual meal with friends haha

Water, pickles, small plates and such — you grab those yourself from the self-bar. The water is refreshing lemon water~

What three of us ordered and the promotions running now

We ordered via the tablet on the table. What we got was fire chicken cream pasta, bulgogi pilaf in basic flavor, and gorgonzola M — three things. Instead of just getting one pasta, we picked one each of rice and pizza to mix it up hehe

Right now they're running a free-drink promotion for a Naver receipt review on orders over ₩10,000, plus a ₩1,000 discount on select menu items — worth checking out XD

After a bit of chatting while we waited, all the food came out at once!

Table set with pasta, pilaf and pizza all served together

How does the fire chicken cream pasta taste?

First up, fire chicken cream pasta! It came out with a generous, orange-toned cream sauce filling the plate. It had both spicy sauce and cream sauce mixed in, so you get spiciness and smoothness together. Honestly it was a bit spicy for my taste!! But it's the kind of spicy that's so good you keep eating it lol

Whenever the sauce got thick and clingy, I'd roll the noodles through it to keep them moist — so good! If you're someone like me who finds cream pasta too rich on its own, I think you'd like the spicy kick in the fire chicken cream version even more haha

I usually get a little sick of cream pasta if I eat it for too long, but this one has that spicy edge so I finished it all the way to the end~

Bulgogi pilaf in the basic flavor

Next up, bulgogi pilaf in basic flavor. Finely chopped bulgogi (marinated beef) and vegetables are stir-fried together with the rice, topped with cheese.

Taking a big spoonful, the salty-sweet flavor of the bulgogi went really well with the rice~ Having a rice dish in between the pasta and pizza kept us nice and full!! It was great to rotate between the three dishes bit by bit, hehe

Gorgonzola pizza M, topped with a forkful of pasta

And then the gorgonzola pizza! It came out with plenty of cheese piled on the dough and the surface baked to a golden brown. It's hard to tell from photos, but when I picked up a slice, the cheese stretched out in long strands... total mouth-watering moment lol

Dipping the thin crust in honey — how good could that possibly be?!! The distinct gorgonzola cheese flavor made it delicious even plain, and it was great as a bite in between the other dishes.

We even tried piling the pasta on top like this! Adding the spicy cream sauce to the cheesy pizza worked better than I expected. Definitely recommend trying that combo too~!!

Is Rolling Pasta Suwon Station worth it for a group?

Table at the end of the meal after sharing all three dishes

Rolling Pasta Suwon Station Branch was a great spot for a simple pasta meal right in front of Suwon Station. This time we ordered fire chicken cream pasta, bulgogi pilaf, and gorgonzola — three dishes with no overlap, so it worked really well for sharing between a few people. The fire chicken cream pasta in particular, with its smooth cream flavor plus spiciness, was personally my favorite. If you're looking for a good Suwon Station restaurant or a Suwon Station pasta spot, I'd recommend this one~!!
