I stopped by Low & Sweet, an aesthetic bakery café on Haeundae's Haeri-dan-gil. The address is 1 Ud-1-ro 38beon-ga-gil, Haeundae-gu, Busan, 1st floor, on the way toward Haeri-dan-gil from Exit 4 of Haeundae Station.

First impression walking in~ the fragrant coffee smell, the delicious-looking baked goods~♡ a visual that's exciting just to look at~ you know the feeling when you just know, right~

How many canelé flavours does Low & Sweet Bakery have, and what do they cost?
Low & Sweet has two kinds of canelé (a French cake with a caramelized crust), priced around ₩3,000. Canelé love~ this time I got the basic canelé.

Inside Low & Sweet Bakery on Haeri-dan-gil: seats and atmosphere
Stepping inside, you feel a clean yet warm atmosphere. Cute little details blend with natural colors to make it a comfortable space to linger in. It felt like a lot of care went into the interior~♡
Besides the inside, there's also terrace seating, so on a nice day it's great to enjoy coffee outdoors. And true to being a roastery café, you can watch the coffee-making space and the roasting process up close.
There are various styles of tables and seats too, so it's good for enjoying coffee and dessert alone, or for chatting with a friend—it has a pretty good vibe either way~
My impression: it's a café that's great for relaxing over dessert like canelé and egg tart, along with a latte, after a walk down Haeri-dan-gil.

How the basic canelé, decaf latte, egg tart and lemon madeleine taste
I tried a variety at Low & Sweet—canelé, latte, egg tart, and even madeleine—and each one tasted like it had real care put into it.
First, the canelé: the outside was crisp with a slightly chewy, caramel-like texture, while the inside was moist and soft—the contrast between outside and inside texture was really appealing~ This one absolutely took the number one spot in my heart. It was so good I ended up eating it while walking. Honestly, I took a bite in the car, then another at every red light~ this is happiness, I thought.
The subtle sweetness and nutty flavor came together beautifully, pairing really well with coffee.
The latte had the softness of milk blending naturally with the nutty flavor of coffee, easy to drink without feeling heavy. It wasn't too bitter or strong, but you could still faintly taste the coffee, making it perfect alongside dessert. Since it was decaf, it didn't interfere with sleep.
The egg tart had a great balance of crisp pastry and soft, moist filling. Sweet but not overly so, a happy flavor~ It would probably taste even better after an hour in the fridge. The little specks looked like they were vanilla bean~ (if you're not a fan of egg tarts that are just plain sweet, you'll definitely like this one)
Lastly, the lemon madeleine had a moist, cozy texture with a subtle butter aroma—a flavor faithful to the basics. It felt light at first, but a nutty flavor came up the more you chewed.
Overall, each dessert's flavor and texture felt harmonious, and I thought it was a great place to enjoy them leisurely with coffee. If you want to enjoy delicious desserts and a latte together in Haeundae, this is a café worth stopping by.

Check out the aroma of the beans~ they'd make a nice gift too. The coffee flavor is guaranteed♡

The interior near the ceiling was pretty

There were a lot of customers on a weekday afternoon, so I only got a shot of one side. Aren't the tables and chairs pretty?

Tableware for those eating in

I want to try the macadamia cookie next time too
