A weekend date in Seongsu! Like a sparrow that can't pass a mill, I can't resist a soft, cloud-like dessert — and with news that Seoul Forest was hosting a garden theater show, I hurried over to 5to7 Seongsu Main Branch. A friend had raved about it so much that I went in with high expectations, and yeah, word-of-mouth spots really do earn it. This one has serious potential haha.

Where 5to7 Seongsu Main Branch is and when it opens

5to7 Seongsu Main Branch sits at 44-13 Seoulsup 2-gil, an easy stroll from Seoul Forest Station. Hours are 12:00–21:00. It was my first time here, but window-shopping the little road shops in the Seoul Forest alleys made it super easy to find.

Even the exterior is dripping with mood, so of course I snapped a photo before heading up.

This Seoul Forest café is so popular that there's a slight wait on weekends!

The system is: order on the 1st floor first, get a buzzer, then head up to either floor. You need to grab a seat before ordering, so keep that in mind haha.

There's a self-serve spot for water and tissues too, and every corner of the space is neatly kept!

How much a soufflé costs and what's on the menu

A quick glance at the menu board near the entrance shows a variety of soufflés waiting for you! Prices sit in the low ₩20,000s, a bit on the higher side for dessert. But once you see the actual visuals, you won't feel it's overpriced at all.

There's also a wide range of coffees and ades, so it's great for picking based on your taste!

Finally, the fig soufflé (seasonal) arrived — the moment I saw it, I gasped! I originally wanted the mango soufflé, but zero regrets going with this one!
