Cheonan café for signature cream coffee and matcha canelé: Brewers Coffee

Brewers Coffee in Cheonan Sinbu-dong for weekday lunch

I stopped by Brewers Coffee, a great coffee spot, while visiting Cheonan Shinsegae Department Store over the weekend!! Brewers Coffee has always been a café famous for its coffee, so I go whenever I am in Sinbu-dong—and this time, I visited with my mom 💕

For parking, I recommend using the public parking lot right next door! (Sinbu 4th Public Parking Lot)

Brewers Coffee is often so crowded on weekends that you have to wait, but I visited at weekday lunchtime and got straight in!

The interior is cozy, but it has a nice mix of group tables and tables for two to four! 👍🏻 We settled into table number 7 for two 💕 Lucky seven… 🍀

There is also a water station tucked into one side of the café 🫶🏻 I love thoughtful touches like this… 💙

Outdoor seating and a photo-sticker booth

After ordering our drinks, I stepped outside for a quick look around and found that there were outdoor seats too!! There was a group seated outside, so I could not take many photos, but there is seating behind the area shown in the photo ☺️ It was air-conditioned too, so it was not hot—and I think it would be even more atmospheric in fall 👍🏻

And, unusually, there is an outdoor booth where you can take four-cut photo stickers!! I did not take any, but it seems perfect for making memories 💕

Ordering Brewers Coffee and desserts

This is how the menu is set up! I ordered a Brewers Coffee for ₩6,500, an Americano for ₩4,500, a matcha ganache canelé for ₩4,000, and a vanilla flan for ₩5,100 👍🏻😋

It seriously took me ages to choose a dessert ㅠㅠ Why were there so many delicious-looking things… My heart was racing 🩷

Aaaaah 🤤 When the staff member brought everything over, it looked absolutely gorgeous!!!! ㅠㅠㅠ The vanilla flan was huge. The Brewers Coffee was so pretty. And the Americano? No words needed. The matcha ganache canelé smelled wonderfully of green tea. ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ🩷

Signature coffee with thick, rich cream

First, the drinks. The Americano was nutty without any acidity—an entirely different level of flavor, like the beans themselves were different ㅠ And the Brewers Coffee had such wonderfully thick cream on top; once I mixed it in, its just-right sweetness really tugged at my heart (?)

Taste the cream first, then give it a good stir with the wooden stick and a whole different world of flavor opens up. Anyway, you have to try it (?) There is a reason it is their signature!!

Vanilla flan and matcha ganache canelé

The vanilla flan was dotted with vanilla beans and was seriously soft… like pudding… sweet, but not overly sweet… (?) It was sooo good ㅠㅠㅠ And it was big enough to feel satisfying ㅠㅠ (Tiny desserts do not even make a dent, you know… hehe.)

Next up, the matcha ganache canelé? What more is there to say… No place can beat this matcha ganache canelé, with its strong sweet-and-bitter matcha flavor. Green tea and matcha lovers? Try it. It was generously filled with matcha cream, and I loved that it was just sweet enough 💕

I had such a lovely time visiting Sinbu-dong with my mom for the first time in a while, and Brewers Coffee made the day even more perfect 💕 If you are looking for a great café in Cheonan Sinbu-dong, want a proper cup of coffee, or are craving delicious baked treats, everyone go to Brewers Coffee 🥰
