Having them hand-press it just for you makes it taste even better.

How does the beef tartare (yuksashimi) sushi taste?

Once I actually tried it, the sushi quality was much better than I expected. The fish was fresh and had a good chewy bite, and the rice amount and seasoning were just right. The beef tartare sushi had a lovely savory, tender texture, and there were plenty of rolls and grilled items the kids liked too. Having so many dishes that both adults and kids enjoy is this place's biggest charm.

Once we'd mostly finished eating, the desserts on the rail started catching our eye. There's fruit like melon and pineapple for dessert, perfect for wrapping up the meal, and I loved that the udon — great when you're craving warm broth — is also just ₩2,100, making it easy to order without a second thought. The udon broth was rich and the noodles nice and chewy, a perfect match with the sushi.
