Gojan-dong, Ansan coffee shop with sofa seats: Nyanya's cream waffle

Today I went to Nyanya, a large café with a great atmosphere in Gojan-dong, Ansan!! And it even has two super pretty, adorable cats 😻

📍It's a 10-minute walk from Jungang Station/Gojan Station, or about 3 minutes on foot if you get off at the Ansan Water Square/NC-ap bus stop! It's located at 25 Siquare, on the 5th floor of the building with Paik's Coffee and Pureun Papa café!

Inside Nyanya: sofa seats and the fifth-floor view

The inside of Nyanya was so cozy and decorated so cutely!! There were lots of sofa seats and a lot of space, so it was really nice for chatting 💕 Photos came out with really pretty lighting too, and it seemed like it would be great for family or group gatherings~

Nyanya's two cats — and yes, you can feed them

Best of all, this place has two adorable cats 😽 They're so, so cute — I've never seen such pretty cats before ❤️❤️ If there's a review event on, you can even feed the cute little things!!! How could anyone resist that ㅠㅠㅠ

Nyanya's menu: the signature seasonal fruit Hong Kong waffle

There were so many different desserts and drinks that I had a happy time agonizing over what to order 😍 The signature menu item in particular, the seasonal fruit Hong Kong waffle, apparently changes depending on whatever fruit is in season!! On top of that, there are tons of other handmade desserts like croffles and salt bread 👍🏻

I ordered a matcha latte, a peanut cream latte, and a cream Hong Kong waffle!!

Cream Hong Kong waffle at Nyanya: how it tastes

You can't come to Nyanya without trying the Hong Kong waffle, its signature dish!!! First off, the bread was really savory and soft 😻 It was a completely different texture from any waffle I'd had before, and the taste made it clear why it's the signature item!! You might think it's pricey for a dessert, but it's definitely worth the money, so I'd happily pay for it myself 👏🏻 Eating it with the sweet syrup and banana was absolute heaven ㅠㅠ!!! Everyone who comes here should definitely order the Hong Kong waffle!!

Peanut cream latte

The cream on the peanut cream latte was really smooth and savory — it was so delicious that I recommend it!!! 🥰 It's easy to drink even for people who don't like coffee, and it's a great pick on a day when you're craving something sweet with your coffee!

Matcha latte

The matcha latte was also rich and smooth, so it was really, really delicious!! It wasn't too bitter and was just sweet enough, so I highly recommend it 🫶🏻 The portion was generous and the price was decent too, so I think I'll order it again~~!!

Nervous around cats? What Nyanya does about it

🤍🤍🤍🤍(full of bias)❤️❤️❤️❤️ I have to come back to see them again!!! Also, for anyone who's afraid of cats, there's a proper cage set up so you can relax and enjoy the café worry-free! Everyone should come see the cute cats and eat delicious desserts too~~😻

Is Nyanya good for dates and group gatherings?

The staff were also super kind, and above all, the inside of the shop was open and the view was really nice~~ The interior is pretty too, so I'd highly recommend it as a date spot or a place to hang out with girlfriends!! ㅋㅋㅋ 💕🥰 It's also a large café, so it looks really good for group gatherings! With so many different, delicious desserts and drinks, I think I'll be coming here often from now on!!😊
