Pound Coffee sits right next to Unjeong Health Park, in a residential neighborhood. It's a nice place to stop by after a walk in the park, and it seemed like a spot the local residents quietly enjoy haha.

What the space is like: high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows

Pound Coffee's biggest draw is definitely the space, and that great atmosphere haha. With the floor-to-ceiling windows and high ceilings, you feel a real sense of openness the moment you walk in. Sunlight pours through the windows and it genuinely felt like being at a European café haha. I think it'd be lovely to sit and enjoy the glass on a sunny day, or even a rainy one.

The interior is also decorated really prettily and trendily, so pretty much anywhere you point your camera came out looking aesthetic haha. When I visited it was afternoon, and I saw quite a few people working alone with their laptops. It also seemed like a good atmosphere for locals to come chat quietly. It wasn't noisy or crowded, just calm — perfect for spending time at your own pace!

There are cute illustrations and plants tucked in one corner too... exactly the neighborhood café vibe I love so much.

I was debating what to get, but I'm a latte lover, so... latte pick!!! Pound Coffee is known for its lattes and baked goods, so I couldn't leave without trying one. Plus a hazelnut choco financier~~ You can also choose your beans, so I picked the low-acidity version.

Doesn't the latte look seriously delicious lol. Maybe it's the pretty cup, but I kind of want the cup too....

True to a coffee-famous spot, the crema is lovely.

The latte was genuinely delicious. It's been a while since I properly enjoyed a latte like that!!! Hehehe. The baked good studded with bits of hazelnut paired so well with the latte that I think I'll definitely order one again next time.

Park walks, bringing your dog, and pickup orders

I think it'd be great to grab something at Pound Coffee and then do a lap around Unjeong Health Park. I'd also recommend it to anyone looking for a dog-friendly café. There wasn't a dog in the shop that day though, which was a bit disappointing haha.
