A visit report on Brewers Coffee, a café in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan known for its great atmosphere. AI is such a hot topic these days that I went to Sinra Stay Cheonan for AI training, and it felt like a waste to just go home after the session, so I dropped by nearby Brewers Coffee, famous for its vibe. It's also known for baked treats like financiers and canelés, and once I got there the atmosphere really was great and the dessert lineup was surprisingly varied. Here's my visit report on Brewers Coffee in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan.

Sinbu Public Parking Lot No.4 reportedly has 13 spaces. There was space available at 5pm on a Friday, but Sinbu Public Parking Lot No.5 has more spots, so keep that in mind.
Inside Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch: seating and the back terrace
Looking around the interior of Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch, the seating is mostly 2–4 person tables with comfortable spacing between them, so it never felt crowded. Overall it felt cozy and had a great vibe. One wall was filled with frames and knick-knacks of all sizes, giving the place its own distinct atmosphere.
White brick walls paired with wood furniture and vintage props made for good photos and it was fun just to look around the shop. One of the things I liked most about Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch was that it has a separate outdoor terrace space inside the building.
Even though it's a café right in the middle of the city, there were more green plants than I expected, making it feel lush, and sitting there for a moment made the whole atmosphere feel much more relaxed.
On a nice day, having coffee on the terrace instead of indoors seemed like it would be even better.

From their signature coffee to madeleines, financiers, canelés, and flan, there's a wide range of baked treats. Personally the flan was really delicious, and since seasonal items and new menus keep coming out, it's a café that makes me curious about what new dessert will show up next time.

Since this place is famous for its baked goods, I ordered a wide variety of items along with the Brewers Coffee.
From the madeleines to the financiers to the canelés, each had its own distinct flavor and texture, so it was fun to try them one by one. Everything was delicious overall, but personally the crème brûlée flan suited my taste the best.
Crème brûlée flan: the outside is sweetly caramelized while the inside is soft and moist, making it one of the most memorable desserts of the day.
Dubai financier: the characteristic crunchy, dense texture of Dubai chocolate combined with the nuttiness of pistachio was, as expected, delicious.
ICE Brewers Coffee to go: almond cream still intact after an hour on the road
I also took the appealing Brewers Coffee to go. Even though it took over an hour to get home, the thick almond cream stayed perfectly intact by the time I arrived. The soft, nutty almond cream combined with the coffee flavor, and it paired really well with the desserts too.
Overall, Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch was a place with great atmosphere where I enjoyed everything from baked treats to coffee. The indoor terrace was especially nice, and if I ever find myself back in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan, it's a café I'd want to revisit to try other baked treats.
