Where is Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch, and what are its hours?

Brewers Coffee in Sinbu-dong has long been famous as a baked-goods spot in Cheonan, so while I was out at Shinsegae Department Store Cheonan Asan branch, I remembered it and dashed over for takeout after a long while 💕

• Location: 20 Meokgeori 9-gil, Dongnam-gu, Cheonan-si, Chungcheongnam-do, Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch
• Hours: 12:00 - 21:00 (last order 20:30)
• Closed on Chuseok Day (9/25)

Brewers Coffee has the Sinbu 4-dong public parking lot right next to the store, and you can park there free for 30 minutes, so keep that in mind if you're driving :)

There was a CatchTable waitlist kiosk at the entrance, but luckily there was no wait when we went, so in we went right away

What baked treats are in the showcase and on the menu?

Take a quick look at the baked goods in the showcase too haha. Financiers, madeleines, canelés and flans were all lined up, and every single one looked good enough to buy, which made choosing hard... haha

The menu board was divided into the signature Brewers Coffee and 041 coffee, coffee menu, ice cream, and non-coffee drinks, and you can choose from three types of beans.

Ta-da 💕 The iced americano and the desserts they packed into a paper bag!! Isn't that paper bag so pretty and hip too?! haha. The americano had no sourness, just a nutty flavor everyone would like, so I gulped it down as soon as I got it,

Plain financier: crisp outside, chewy inside

A classic financier made with 100% gourmet unsalted butter browned just right for deep flavor. Tasting the basic financier, you can tell right away this place really is a financier destination!! Brewers Coffee's financier delivers that proper crisp-outside, chewy-inside texture ❤️

Salted caramel financier

A signature financier coated with 100% homemade salted caramel and baked, then topped with Guerande salt. It really brings out sweet-and-salty flavor — anyone who loves salted caramel will absolutely love this one!!

Pecan expresso madeleine, the best of the four

Full of espresso aroma, with the nutty flavor and crunchy texture of pecan being the charm of this madeleine. The harmony of coffee and pecan was so good — of all the desserts I picked, this madeleine was the tastiest ❤️

Lemon madeleine

An all-day popular item! A refreshing, upscale lemon madeleine flavored with lemon zest and lemon juice. It really expresses the tartness of lemon along with a soft texture, and even people who aren't fans of lemon could easily enjoy it!!

Would we go back to Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch?

The baked goods were delicious, the coffee was delicious, the interior was great, and the staff were super friendly at Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch 😊 This time I did takeout, but next time I want to sit and enjoy dessert and coffee at the café itself!! If you're looking for a Sinbu-dong café or a great spot for baked goods, I recommend giving Brewers Coffee a visit 🙏
