If you're looking for a large brunch café in Suwon with delicious bagels, Orange Bagel is definitely worth a stop. I'd visited once before and remembered how many bagel varieties they had and how good they all tasted, so this time I came back with my family.

Where is Orange Bagel, and is there parking?

Orange Bagel is a big café that occupies an entire three-story standalone building, so it stands out even from a distance. The exterior already has a nice atmosphere, and there's a signboard visible from far away at the entrance, so it's easy to find even on your first visit.

There's a spacious parking lot in front of the café, so parking was easy. We almost always drive when going out with the kids, so having plenty of parking makes a big difference.

Bagel display and the cream cheese choices at Orange Bagel

Walking inside, the neatly displayed bagels are the first thing you notice. From basic plain bagels to bagels loaded with various ingredients, there were so many kinds that I spent a while just browsing before choosing.

There were also sandwich-style bagels packed with fillings, which looked good for a simple meal, and there were so many cream cheese flavors that I wanted to try the basic bagel with several different combinations.

Drink menu board at Orange Bagel

From basic coffee menus to Orange's signature coffee drinks, there was a good variety of beverages to choose from depending on your taste. There's also a set menu you can order until 10am, which seemed like great value.

Second-floor seating and third-floor rooftop at Orange Bagel

After choosing our bagels, we headed up to the second floor, which had a stylish interior. Orange seemed to be used as an accent color throughout, and you could spot Orange Bagel's signature dog mascot Kevin here and there in the store. The tables were spaced comfortably apart so it never felt cramped, and with plenty of large tables and varied seating, it was a great spot for a family visit.

Orange Bagel also has a rooftop space on the third floor, and with the nice weather these days, it seemed like a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the open view.

True to its name, the double cream bagel is packed with double the cream. Sesame seeds cover the surface generously, so you can taste the nutty flavor even before biting in. Combined with the cream, it had both a nutty richness and a clean, mild taste.

Deep choco bagel, 6,900 won

The deep choco bagel has a visual that would catch the eye of any chocolate lover. My kids picked this one, and one bite brings a sweet, rich chocolate flavor.

Being a "deep" choco, the intense chocolate flavor really came through nicely.

Plain bagel paired with plain cream cheese

I also picked my favorite basic combo: plain bagel + plain cream cheese. You get the clean, nutty flavor of the bagel itself as is, and spreading on plenty of soft cream cheese made it absolutely delicious. No overpowering flavors, just clean taste plus the bagel's chewy texture — this combo was so good. If you're having trouble picking just one bagel from all the varieties, I'd recommend starting with plain to enjoy the basic flavor first.

Laugen butter bagel, 6,900 won

The outside looked crisp with bits of salt dotting the surface, and just looking at it you could sense a salty flavor. Cutting it in half revealed soft butter soaked into the chewy bagel, and one bite gave a deliciously nutty butter aroma. The outer surface was slightly firm yet chewy, while the inside was moist, pairing well with the softness of the butter.

The saltiness paired well with the nutty butter flavor, and the Laugen butter bagel had a clean, appealing taste. It's been a few days since visiting Orange Bagel and I already find myself wanting it again.

Is Orange Bagel worth a family revisit?

Just like last time, I had a great meal at Orange Bagel again this visit. I've tried bagels at franchise stores and specialty bagel shops too, but the ones at Orange Bagel are still my favorite. Totally my taste 🥯 If you're looking for a large café in Suwon where you can enjoy great bagels and coffee together, I'd recommend giving Orange Bagel a visit.
