Seomyeon Milmyeon is about a 5-minute walk from Exit 8 of Seomyeon Station, right across from the old NC Department Store. You know how rare it is to find a restaurant with parking around here⁉️ Here you get 30 minutes free in the building's parking lot. Since the noodles come out just 5 minutes after ordering, 30 minutes is plenty of time to slurp them up😉 (I went with my kid and we still made the 30-minute cut!)

Seomyeon Milmyeon menu and how the kiosk ordering works

Right before you walk in, there's a kiosk. Order first, then go in and take a seat‼️ The menu is really simple. ▶️Mul-milmyeon, bibim milmyeon, dumplings◀️ The large size is just +₩1,000 more, but the portion is really, really big. Order it prepared for a lot🙊🙊

True to a well-known Seomyeon restaurant, there are celebrity autographs on the wall — Gang Dong-won, Jo Sung-mo, and other names from way back. It really shows this place has been running for a long time.

It was so crowded I took this photo after everyone left📷 Turnover is fast, so right after I snapped it, people were already coming back in. Hahat, nice‼️ There are about 9 tables for four.

The self-service bar has spoons, kids' forks, small plates and more!

While waiting for the milmyeon, we sipped warm broth and read the sign on how to eat milmyeon properly. It says don't cut the noodles with scissors✂️✂️

Eek, the food we ordered came out so fast! Look at the size of the large mul-milmyeon haha🙊🙊 I've been here a few times, and it feels like the portion gets bigger every time I come..✨️✨️

How the bibim milmyeon tastes: spicy, sweet and addictive

The bibim milmyeon at Seomyeon Milmyeon is my absolute favorite item❤️ It's genuinely delicious here ㅠㅠㅠ It's a bit spicy, but seriously addictive🙊😉

The beef topping on top is hand-torn, so the grain stays intact and it's soft👍 Toss it all together and it's chewy along with the noodles — the texture is great✨️

Crunchy cucumber strips, sweet-and-sour pickled radish, mild beef topping, and spicy-sweet sauce all come together — one bite and your appetite really wakes up‼️‼️ The sauce soaks moistly into the noodles and topping, wrapping softly around your mouth.

⭐️This bibim milmyeon is honestly a flavor that stays on your mind⭐️ If you come here, the bibim milmyeon is a must!

Large mul-milmyeon: 72-hour bone broth and portion size

Large mul-milmyeon🙊🙊 A big lump of noodles sits in refreshingly icy broth. Drizzle a swirl of vinegar over it😉

Once you mix it all together, the portion is so big it's not even easy to stir. They say the broth is simmered from beef bones for 72 hours. It's mild and clean without being too rich, so it's easy to eat without feeling heavy. Highly recommend for anyone who doesn't like strong flavors‼️

The noodles are so soft and chewy. This milmyeon isn't intense at all, and it goes down smoothly. Drinking a cool bowl of broth in between bites is so refreshing it hits you straight to the head🧊🧊

Are the dumplings at Seomyeon Milmyeon worth ordering?

The dumplings here are also excellent, seriously ㅜㅜㅜㅜ🥟🥟 The dumpling skin is incredibly chewy!

Look at how chewy that skin is... ⭐️This place is a total dumpling spot⭐️ The skin is thin and the filling is packed full‼️ Definitely order these.
