About 30 buffet-style self-serve dishes — fresh lettuce and perilla leaves for wraps delivered every morning, well-fermented old kimchi, spicy crunchy seasoned bean sprouts, garlic, enoki mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms and more — a generous spread!

Unlimited noodles and rice — bubbling ramen plus self-serve fried rice. You grab whichever cut you want from the meat fridge and plate it yourself; only the top-grade meat was selected and thinly sliced, and it looked fresh with a bright red color and no gamy smell at all.

I snipped the meat into small pieces with scissors, then poured in soy sauce, sesame oil and dried seaweed flakes to make a soy-sauce-based galbi-flavored bibimbap. Between ramen, bibimbap and fried rice, this Jamsilsaenae restaurant lets you pick your own carb finale.
