After lunch I always crave coffee, and coffee always needs dessert~ Whenever I'm in Sinbu-dong I end up at Brewers Coffee without fail, since their baked treats are so good!

Now let's look at the desserts — the case is packed with baked treats that all look so good, so every single time I go I fall into a huge dilemma....😅 After a lot of deliberation, this time I ordered

That's what I ordered. Honestly if I had the room I'd want to buy one of every single item on the menu....ㅠㅠ This time I got everything to go, ate one while walking down the street, and nibbled on the rest bit by bit once I got home.

Crème brûlée flan

The moment I stepped outside with it, I dug into the crème brûlée flan with my coffee! Properly caramelized sugar coating plus soft, silky filling~~ Genuinely so good....🤤 I ended up with it all over the corners of my mouth...haha

Nunettine financier

Then at home, the Nunettine financier!! I order it every single time but it's still so good.

Vanilla canelé

And the vanilla canelé, crisp outside and moist inside — so good!

Vanilla macadamia financier

The vanilla macadamia financier blended the vanilla aroma, macadamia, and the financier's own flavor really well — a sweet, delicious baked treat!

Almond choco madeleine

And the almond choco madeleine, studded with almonds all over — so good! It's not nearly as sweet as it looks, so it was perfect even for me, someone who gets dizzy if things are too sweet~~

Dubai financier

And last but not least, the Dubai financier with such~~~~ great texture!! It's packed full of kataifi, so even sliced a bit thin it still has great texture and flavor!

Worth it if you're choosing a café in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan?

In my book, Brewers Coffee is the number one café in Cheonan. The baked treats are so good that whenever I spot the place I get pulled in as if hypnotized. If you're looking for a café in Sinbu-dong with great dessert and great coffee, you really, really have to visit! You won't regret it! It'd be great to go with a friend, and just as great with a partner! And it'd make a really nice gift box of baked treats for family too! If you're torn on where to go for a café in Cheonan's Sinbu-dong, you have to check this place out!!

The baked treats here are genuinely the best. Honestly the menu barely changes each time I go, but that's how insanely good it is. If you love dessert and love coffee, there's really no way you can dislike this. This is the real deal, so don't even think twice — go right now, the time spent deliberating will feel like a waste. I recommend it this hard and you still don't go? That's just a shame, haha. Trust people a little. Everyone I've brought here has loved it, so don't doubt it, just go. The baked treats are seriously top tier, the kind of place you find yourself pulled toward as if hypnotized, so you really have to go once. I genuinely recommend this place. And I think the Sinbu branch is the tastiest of them all.
