First-time lash extensions in Jamsil, Seoul: Rose Lash center point

If you're a woman, there's probably one treatment you've always wanted to try — eyelash extensions! 👀✨ I've wanted to get them done for a while, and honestly the biggest reason was... I'm just lazy about doing my makeup lol.

I figured if just my lashes looked more defined, my eye makeup routine would shrink way down, so this time I visited the eyelash extension specialty salon Rose Lash! Let's get into this Jamsil eyelash extension review~

How to get to Rose Lash: 7 minutes on foot from Jamsilsaenae Station

Rose Lash is only about a 7-minute walk from Jamsilsaenae Station! It's not far from the station at all, so it was easy to find haha.

Inside Rose Lash: fifth floor, beds screened off by curtains

You can spot the big Rose Lash sign from outside the building! Head up to the 5th floor and you're right there.

Inside, there were two technicians, and I could see cosmetology licenses displayed on one wall. Very professional vibes~?!

There are treatment beds set up further inside the store. Everything was kept neat and tidy overall, and each bed had a curtain around it, so you could get your treatment done without worrying about anyone seeing haha.

Rose Lash menu: lash extensions and lash perms

Rose Lash offers everything from eyelash extensions to lash perms. Extensions come in classic / flat / brown / premium lash types, and you can also choose from a range of lengths and curls. There were several perm options too, like a hydrating tangle perm, black-coated tangle tint perm, under perm, and dual perm!

👀 The lash design I chose: flat 10·11mm C-curl with a center point

That day I went with flat (black) lashes mixing 10mm and 11mm in a C-curl. 👀✨ Honestly I didn't agonize much over the curl and design choice lol, because... my technician's eyes were just so pretty.

So I basically just said, "Please make mine look like yours!" and copied her look lol 🤭 And instead of a design that gets longer toward the outer corner, I asked for the point to sit at the center of the eye~!

And finally, treatment complete! My eyes definitely looked more defined after the extensions! The C-curl wasn't overly curled either — it lifted naturally, which was exactly the look I wanted! I personally got this done because I'm too lazy for makeup, and I feel like I truly achieved that goal. 😆

After the treatment, they also gave me aftercare instructions! 👀 It listed things like how to wash your face and whether to avoid oil-based products, so I could refer to it at home while taking care of my lashes haha. 😊
