Bucheon Sinjung-dong bakery decaf brew and 5-slice Golden Beurre Half
In short
Easy White Bread Bucheon Sinjung-dong is a fresh milk bread bakery café in Bucheon, Gyeonggi, operated by Bon IF. A Golden Beurre half loaf cut 2cm thick came to 5 slices, alongside one piece of cream castella milk bread and a machine-poured decaf brewed coffee. The butter flavor of the Golden Beurre was good enough that eating it plain, with nothing spread on it, tasted best.

What kind of bakery is Easy White Bread Bucheon Sinjung-dong?
Easy White Bread seems to be opening new branches everywhere lately. It doesn't quite bring to mind Bonjuk, but apparently it's a fresh milk bread bakery café brand run by Bon IF, the same company famous for Bonjuk.
They say they make deeply flavorful, soft bread using good ingredients like AOP French butter and dairy cream!
The bread was delicious, but what really impressed me at Easy White Bread was the brewed coffee that a machine pours in-store — you can even see the coffee being poured in the clip video.

Good weather for going bread shopping :)

Milk bread lineup and the new deep chocolate loaf
There are 5 kinds of milk bread for sale in total. The basic, signature Golden Beurre milk bread comes in half and whole sizes, and there are four special milk breads: olive cheese milk bread, chestnut rice cake (소보로밤찰떡) milk bread, walnut cranberry milk bread, and cream castella milk bread.
You can also find additive-free handmade jam and cream cheese that go well with the bread, plus special brewed coffee.

And soon, a deep chocolate milk bread is launching as a new menu item!! As a chocolate lover myself, I'm very excited about this one.

The exterior and interior of Easy White Bread are both very clean — let's go inside now.

Golden Beurre Half, cut 2cm into 5 slices
All the special breads looked delicious too, but since it was my first visit, of course I had to try the basic, original one first. I ordered the Golden Beurre milk bread in half size — single pieces can also be ordered.

There are various review events and Instagram follow events running too, just so you know.
For cutting thickness, you can choose between 1.5cm, 2cm, and 2.5cm. They said 2cm lets you best enjoy the true flavor and texture of Golden Beurre, so I asked for a 2cm cut.

The bread tray was full of delicious freshly baked loaves, and over on the right, there's a white machine with what looks like two arms spread out — that's the brewing machine that makes the coffee. I'd never seen a machine like this before, so it was fascinating :-)

Golden-brown, perfectly square loaves — they all really look delicious.

The cream castella bread seems to be sold by the piece, and since this sweeter bread seemed like something my dad would like, I picked one of these up as an extra as well.

Tasting corner at the counter and seating inside
At the counter, generous bread samples are laid out so you can taste before you buy.
The sample bread that day was the chestnut rice cake milk bread. With chestnuts mixed in, it was a bread that fit the flavor of autumn — the texture itself was very soft and chewy, and with the sweet chestnuts inside, it couldn't help but be delicious. Since I love the olive-and-cheese combination, I'd like to try the olive cheese milk bread next time ^_^

Inside the store there are chairs and tables where you can sit and eat simply. The little milk bread doll in the corner is a cute touch ^.^

You can also put together gift sets of bread and jam, so this could work as a gift for the upcoming holidays or for everyday light gifting.

How to store milk bread and reheat it later
Easy White Bread's explanation of the bread and how to store it. As with bread generally, if you're not eating it right away, freeze it and let it thaw at room temperature before eating. Of course the tastiest way is to eat it as soon as possible after buying it. The guidance says the bread is delicious plain, torn along the grain, and also delicious with handmade butter jam and the like.
There's quite detailed guidance on how to enjoy the bread deliciously the second time around.

They also sell cream cheese and jam, but the bread seemed delicious enough on its own that I didn't buy any extra.
Before the coffee came out, I first received the bread bag. The store is pretty in white and wood tones, so photos taken with it in the background come out nice too.
The Golden Beurre milk bread half size cut at 2cm thickness, and the castella cream milk bread. Cutting the half-size loaf at 2cm gives you exactly 5 pieces.

Machine-poured decaf brewed coffee
The coffee is brewed coffee that the machine pours in a neat way — I ordered it decaf, and even as decaf, it tasted fresh and nutty and delicious. It's wonderful paired with the buttery-flavored bread.

I don't think I saw it in the store, but apparently they also sell fresh fruit milk cream sando (fruit sandwiches). Various summer fruit sandos are introduced — personally I'd like to try the melon sando—

Golden Beurre at the breakfast table the next morning
Not the same day, but the bread I unwrapped the next morning for breakfast. I gave the castella cream bread to my dad, who loves sweet things, so I didn't taste this one myself, but the softness and sweetness of the castella probably paired well with the milk bread.

I had the basic Golden Beurre milk bread, lightly toasted in a frying pan. As advertised, it's a soft bread with such good butter flavor that it's delicious even plain. Both my son and daughter ate it very well with nothing extra spread on it!

But then it happened that my mom had some pistachio spread from Costco, so we decided to try pairing that in as well.

Oh, but this spread is pretty sweet...? Spread thinly it was fine, but personally, since the bread itself has such good flavor, I felt it was most delicious eaten plain alongside a drink. If you like soft, chewy milk bread full of rich butter flavor, this is a place I'd recommend — enjoy it with a cup of machine-brewed coffee from the store, at this delicious Bucheon Sinjung-dong bakery, Easy White Bread Bucheon Sinjung-dong :D
