On the street, the sign reading "ZUZU Juju Norae Town 4F" stood out clearly, and there were store directions inside the building and by the elevator too, so I found it without any trouble.

A Nampo-dong spot for drinks and karaoke in one room

I was looking for somewhere in Nampo-dong to enjoy good snacks and sing my heart out, and ended up at Juju Norae Town. Unlike a regular noraebang (karaoke room), this is a space where you can eat a variety of dishes while singing, so it worked well for a group hangout, a work dinner, or even a date in Nampo-dong.

Inside Juju Norae Town: a sleek, upscale interior

Arriving on the 4th floor and stepping inside, the whole place felt clean and stylish. Dark gray tones combined with soft indirect lighting gave it a more upscale feel than a typical karaoke bar.

The colorful round lights along the hallway walls and the cute animal illustrations holding microphones were memorable too. There was a neon sign reading "You look pretty!", plus chandeliers and mirrors — good photo spots scattered throughout.

Inside the room, a U-shaped sofa and long table gave plenty of room for several people to sit together. They also have group rooms, so I'd say this is a solid Nampo-dong bar option for friend gatherings or work dinners.

Ordering by tablet: the 49,000-won two-item set

The menu at Juju Norae Town could be conveniently ordered from the tablet installed in the room. I could look through photos and descriptions of each dish, order, and even check whether the order went through — all on the screen.

My group went with the ₩49,000 two-item set and chose the cool shellfish hot pot and the bulgogi pizza. I liked that this wasn't just a place to sing — there was a good range of hearty dishes to fill up on.

While waiting for the main dishes, we snacked on fried eggs, nuggets, fish cake, crispy crackers, fish-shaped crackers, and cool patbingsu (shaved ice dessert). With everything from warm dishes to crunchy snacks and sweet desserts, it was easy to pick something up between songs.

Clear shellfish hot pot packed with seafood

The cool shellfish hot pot was packed with mussels, scallops and other shellfish, along with enoki mushrooms, bok choy and more. Once it started bubbling, the fresh smell of seafood broth rose up — clearly a great match for drinks.

What I really liked was the induction burner set into the middle of the table, letting us keep the hot pot warm the whole time. Soup dishes are always a bit of a shame once they go cold, but this one stayed warm through all the singing, so we could enjoy it right to the end.

After belting out a few songs, taking a hot-and-refreshing sip of the broth hit even better.

Bulgogi pizza with long, stretchy cheese

The bulgogi pizza was more impressive than I expected too. It came topped generously with chunky bulgogi and plenty of cheese, and when I lifted a slice, the warm melted cheese stretched and stretched.

The sweet-savory bulgogi paired nicely with the rich cheese, and switching back and forth with the refreshing hot pot broth let us enjoy two very different flavors side by side. Being able to pick a soup dish and a hearty pizza as one set made the combo feel well thought out for sharing among a group.

We also cooked up some spicy Yeul Ramyun ourselves. Having the induction burner right on the table made it easy, and slurping down chewy noodles while singing was a nice little treat.

Room and sound: plenty of space to sing

The room came equipped with a large screen, a TJ karaoke machine and a wireless mic. I could search for both Korean songs and pop songs, and once the music started, colorful lights lit up the room, making the mood even more lively.

The sound was clean, and with generous time limits we could sing through several songs without feeling rushed. They mentioned unlimited time on weekdays in particular, which makes this an appealing option if you're after a budget-friendly Nampo-dong bar to enjoy at leisure on a weekday. Since operating policies and prices can change, I'd recommend checking with the store before visiting.

Thoughtfully stocked restrooms

The bathroom stood out too. It had an arched entrance design, and inside there were ornate chandeliers and lit mirrors, giving it an upscale feel.

Cleansing water, cotton pads, cotton swabs, hair ties, tissues and lotion were all thoughtfully provided. These are the kind of items that come in handy if you're staying late or need to touch up your makeup, and it felt considerate toward female guests.

Why Juju Norae Town works for Nampo-dong group nights

Juju Norae Town is easy to get to from Jagalchi Station, and both the rooms and shared spaces were kept clean overall, making it comfortable to spend time there. The spacious seating, group rooms, variety of dishes, tablet ordering system and induction burner all combined meant we could enjoy food, drinks and singing all in one spot — that was the biggest strength.

The cool shellfish hot pot stayed warm to the last bite, and the bulgogi pizza was satisfyingly loaded, with cheese stretching every which way.
