Medium or large? How much more chicken you get
We ordered the shrimp + chicken gangjeong in mild flavor (medium) and sweet potato cheese sticks.
When ordering, we were curious how much the medium and large sizes differed in quantity, so we asked the owner — who kindly showed us the actual boxes to help us compare.
The medium box was already big, but the large box was absolutely massive...!
We held back from tearing into the delicious smell wafting through the shop and made it home safely!
Still crisp once cold? Opening the box at home
We opened the box and took a bite — oh wow!! It's genuinely delicious even cold!! We have a personal number-one dakgangjeong spot, and this one held its own neck and neck with it, which honestly surprised us 🙊
Sometimes dakgangjeong places go overboard with a sugar-syrup kind of sweetness. But here, the sauce had real depth, and the chewy texture was still alive.
Because they use fresh fruit for the sauce, you can really taste that natural, deep savory umami.

The sweet potato mousse and salty cheese hit at the same time — a textbook example of sweet-and-salty done right.
