Dwaeji Mansion Pangyo Avenue France Branch is right on the main road on the ground floor of Avenue France, so it was super easy to find. I was passing by near Avenue France and the sign caught my eye, so I decided to go in. Really easy-to-spot main road location!

From the moment I stepped in, the vibe was totally different 🧡

Sleek, upscale interior that just sparkles!

And I noticed a bunch of celebrity signatures at a glance. So clean, right?

The lighting was softly dim and the table layout was so tidy. It felt like being at a premium restaurant in Gangnam, Seoul haha

I went on a weekend afternoon and got seated at Dwaeji Mansion right away with no wait. They set out the side dishes and

I think I got lucky considering it was a weekend afternoon. When I got the menu~

the options were more packed than I expected. I nearly ordered everything on the kiosk. So many things that looked genuinely delicious

Let me introduce what we ordered

Pork belly: two 150g servings for ₩36,000

Dwaeji Mansion's signature menu, pork belly, was ₩36,000 for two 150g servings. This is basically the restaurant's signature dish

The moment it hit the grill, the meaty aroma just burst out 🔥~ honestly I just wanted to grab it and tear right in

The color was such a vivid pink too. It felt that fresh~

Once it started grilling, that sound was real too. Sizzle sizzle sizzle~ with the juices slowly dripping down. Ugh, how am I supposed to hold back

The moment I took a bite, kia ㅠㅠ you know the first bite in salt, right? Filling my whole mouth

the true taste of pork 😤 ㅠㅠ it's good with minari (water dropwort), good with green onion, good dipped in sauce

It was surprising how fatty it was without feeling greasy at all. If anything, that fat made the meat's flavor even richer

I just kept picking pieces up without thinking and before I knew it, the whole plate was gone lol

The second plate was just as delicious, and it really hit home again how important freshness is~

Cheonggukjang ₩9,000, rice included

Dwaeji Mansion's cheonggukjang (fermented soybean stew) is ₩9,000 and includes rice. Side dishes matter a lot at Korean BBQ spots, right? Such a clean, clean flavor

This place's cheonggukjang really carried the deep flavor of the fermented soybean

The smell as it bubbled away was so good too~ so refined, don't you think?

Scooping it over rice, the rice just slid right down. With rice included, it was the perfect way to wrap things up after eating plenty of meat

Baek-kimchi noodles ₩9,000: the palate cleanser after the pork

The baek-kimchi (white kimchi) noodles were ₩9,000, giving off that trendy rice noodle-ish vibe.

The crisp texture of white kimchi and the cool broth. The refreshing flavor was really great. So top-notch

It was the best choice for cleansing the palate after eating so much meat. I slurped it down like I was getting a dose of vitamins haha

One cola = ₩3,000. A cold drink is essential while eating meat~

It was a pretty standard price so no burden there
