📍Location Raon Sik Tak is on Pangyo's Baekhyeon-dong café culture street. The exterior is decorated in a cute, pretty way, and there are tables and chairs outside where you can eat too.

Just looking at it, I already had a feeling it would be delicious... I was so excited.💖

What is the restaurant like inside?

I walked into Raon Sik Tak Pangyo Branch, and overall the many tables were already set with cutlery,

and right next to the cashier there was even a space for making wood-fired pizza.

Since I came to eat solo, I headed to a seat further inside!

1. Cream potato gnocchi, 18,000 won

Raon Sik Tak's introduction mentions '72-hour aged wood-fired pizza and handmade potato gnocchi made fresh every day,' so I figured the signature dishes had to be the wood-fired pizza and gnocchi. Since I was dining solo, I ordered the gnocchi — something I usually love — instead of the pizza. Everyone, you really have to try this dish.. ㅠ

First off, the cream itself is really soft and has a strong nutty flavor.. the sauce is so good I kept eating it on its own without realizing.. and when you eat it together with the almonds and cheese powder on top, you get a bit of crunchy texture too.. and especially the gnocchi.. it's genuinely fluffy and delicious.. ㅠ

I love gnocchi (Italian potato dumplings) and eat it often, and this place is the real deal..

The gnocchi was good enough to make it into my personal top-three best gnocchi ever.. I'm definitely going back often just for this gnocchi..💖

2. Sous-vide flat iron steak, 38,000 won

And now, the steak! This was the dish I was most excited about.

At around 30,000-something won, I ordered thinking it would be decent — nicely cooked meat that's tender with a bit of bite, plus a tasty whole grain mustard sauce, steak sauce, and mashed potatoes.. but it was way better than I expected.

The steak was so good I kept reaching for more, but the mashed potatoes next to it were incredibly smooth and seasoned just right, so those were amazing too.. Eating two dishes by myself.. honestly it was way too much food and I got really full.. hahaha but it was so delicious.. I finished every bit without leaving anything… hahaha
