Walk down for about 3 minutes from Jeonpo Station Exit 7 and you'll arrive at Panna — top marks for accessibility! The Jeonpo café street is nearby too, and it's easy to get to and from Seomyeon, so the location is really convenient for this Jeonpo Western-food spot.

What's the atmosphere like?

The first thing I noticed walking in was that even though it's not huge, it feels cozy and has a great vibe.

It's not noisy — it's the kind of place where you can eat and actually talk, so it seems like a popular spot for anniversaries, dates, blind dates, and group get-togethers ♡

As you can see, the lighting itself is cozy, so it's a perfect spot to chat with friends or go on a date haha. The seats also aren't packed too closely together, so you can talk or eat comfortably without feeling cramped.

Looking at the menu, they had a really wide range of Western dishes — pizza, pasta, risotto, steak, and more :) I visited alone, and ordered the fire noodle cream pasta plus an orange-ade.

The orange-ade was full of soft, refreshing orange flavor — the kind of drink that's pretty universally likeable! Since it's an ade, it has that cool, fizzy refreshment that pairs really well with a main dish.

The snow cheese fire noodle bacon carbonara had a thick, creamy fire noodle base with a heavy, savory-salty flavor running through it — so good.

Especially for people who already like fire noodles, this tastes good enough that it wouldn't be divisive at all — I'd want to name it the best menu item.

How generous is the noodle portion?

One thing that really felt noticeably different from other places was the noodle portion — it was massive, enough that you could call it 1.5 servings!

One bite in and it was an instant thumbs up haha!

The savory, salty bacon came in both thick and small pieces, so the more you chewed, the more you could really taste that savory, tender juiciness.

The sauce was generous and moist too, so I could eat it moist and satisfying all the way to the last bite without ever feeling like it ran short.

How spicy is it?

The spice level felt milder than a standard spicy dish, so I think even spice-shy people could definitely give it a try! The spicy cream sauce paired with the savory, salty cheese underneath it — best combo 🥹

Since the seasoning and spice level aren't too intense, I think it would pair well eaten alongside risotto or pizza too. Thanks to the spicy flavor, it never felt greasy — it was just so good that looking at these photos makes me want to eat it again ㅠㅠ
