What kind of restaurant is Eulji Darak Dosan?
I went to the dermatologist in Apgujeong and then went hunting for an Apgujeong pasta spot with my mom — that's how I ended up at Eulji Darak Dosan.
This Apgujeong pasta spot is near Dosan Park, so there were lots of pop-ups and things to see around it, which was great.
Eulji Darak Dosan is on the 2nd floor. The address is 25 Eonju-ro 168-gil, 2nd floor, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Break time is 15:15–16:30, so keep that in mind!! Last order is at 20:30.

The entrance was so cool haha — the storefront is designed like a bookshelf. It felt like discovering a hidden gem restaurant. Push it just a little and it opens like this.

Does Eulji Darak work for an Apgujeong wedding meetup?
Eulji Darak Dosan had a warm yet appropriately quiet vibe, which I liked. If you're looking for an Apgujeong restaurant for a wedding meetup, this could work well. The prices aren't intimidating either, and both the visuals and taste are good — recommended!
There's a space in the middle enclosed by glass, and it felt nicely separated from the rest. That one glass wall gives it a sort of private feeling — you know how on a blind date you don't want the next table hearing your business? This would be a good spot for that lol.
The seats weren't too crammed together either. This Apgujeong pasta spot, Eulji Darak, specializes in omurice and pasta apparently.

Honestly, menus that are just text never give you a real sense of the dish, which is why you end up searching for reviews. Eulji Darak Dosan's menu had a thoughtful QR code you could scan to see photos.
The signature menu has one omurice and one pasta/risotto item, but personally, the pork steak I ordered was so good I want to recommend it too. Steak prices are often intimidating at a lot of places, but since it's pork shoulder, the portion is generous and the price is friendly, so you can eat without worry — and honestly, even being pork shoulder, it was delicious.

I ordered a Sprite, and the owner thoughtfully brought it with a different colored straw! It was really hot that day, and gulping down the Sprite the moment it arrived cooled me down all the way to my throat — felt amazing.

The plating on the cute dishes is so pretty~~ For an Apgujeong wedding meetup, food visuals matter too, right? It has that dainty look that would photograph well. And as you can see in the photos, the sauce topping is really generous.
I mixed it all up before eating. The sauce was rich and thick — exactly the kind of thick cream pasta look I love!!
How the chapmoksal pork steak tastes
And then the pork steak!!! It came with a generous side of grilled vegetables. Honestly I didn't expect much, but the meat was so tender, and I kept reaching for more — such a solid sweet-and-salty flavor. There was a bit of cheese melted nicely on top too.
The vegetables were lightly seasoned, which I liked, especially the grilled tomato I love!!! It refreshed my mouth every so often. I really love pairing meat with wasabi, and the wasabi here was genuinely good haha.
How spicy is the spicy cream pasta?
There's shrimp in the pasta too! The spice level is enjoyable even for someone who can't handle heat well! From how well the noodles were cooked to the thickness of the sauce, it's a flavor pretty much everyone would like! I worried the egg yolk might make it heavy, but it actually made it softer and tastier.
I'm a sauce lover. I topped mine with both whole grain mustard and wasabi haha. You get both a sharp kick and a clean finish — really good.
By the way, if you ask, they'll bring you a generous bowl of pickles! I love cabbage pickles, and they're great when you need something refreshing alongside the food!
