How does the mixed gukbap taste? Pork, offal and chives

The 'mixed gukbap' had soft, tender meat that was easy to eat. Both the lean meat and the offal had no odor, so I think anyone could order this comfortably.

It's generously packed with meat and offal. I polished off a whole bowl of rice with it. Since noodles and rice are also unlimited, if you need more, go ahead and have a hearty meal. 😝

Adding chives on top made the broth taste even more fragrant and alive. Eating the meat, offal, and chives together brought out that deep, savory flavor unique to gukbap, and it was really delicious.

What comes with the 14,000-won sample boiled pork?

This is the 'sample boiled pork,' great to eat alongside gukbap. It's nice as a side order, and was moist and tender. The soft, tender boiled pork gave a different texture from the meat and offal in the soup. 😛

The fatty parts were nutty and added even more flavor, and it was also tasty dipped lightly in ssamjang (dipping sauce). Eating a bite of boiled pork here and there between spoonfuls of rice makes the meal even better. It also worked well as a drinking snack.
