Crisp and sweet kaya coconut bread, soft and nutty cheese mallangi, and the rich garlic-butter flavor of the garlic baguette — all three had such different tastes and textures that the combination worked really well 💛

They're especially perfect with coffee! If you like low-acid, nutty coffee like I do, try it with the sweet, buttery garlic baguette. The coffee's bitterness balances the sweetness and makes the bread taste even better ☕️🥖

The portions were generous, so I sealed up what I couldn't finish in one sitting and reheated it a bit later — still delicious!
