You see the counter right as you walk in, and the space is divided around it. Since most people order the signature soufflé, the savory, fragrant smell of butter and egg drifts out from the entrance.

The interior is done in wood tones, so the whole space feels really warm.

The café is surrounded by green trees, so it feels like a brief escape from the city. The atmosphere is so relaxed that staying a long time doesn't feel like a burden — you end up unconsciously easing into it.

Through the big windows, the green trees fill the view, so there's no stuffy feeling at all — it's like sitting right in nature.

On the 2nd floor the tables are spaced further apart, so the space feels a bit more relaxed. Having terrace seating on every floor is a big plus.

The moment I got up there, the rooftop had this wide-open, breath-of-fresh-air feeling. There are almost no tall buildings nearby blocking the view, so the wide-open view was great. Once the weather cools down a bit more, this will be the perfect spot to sit and relax with a coffee.

Since 5to7 is known as a soufflé pancake specialty café, there's no way I could skip the soufflé. It's been featured on several media outlets as a soufflé specialist and was even invited to run pop-up events in Tokyo and Hong Kong on the strength of this soufflé.

Fresh fig soufflé, 22,000 won: how does it taste?

The order came to fresh fig soufflé ₩22,000, Dutch americano ₩6,000, and hibiscus ade ₩8,000, for ₩36,000 total.

The fresh fig soufflé's visuals are almost violent. The soufflé price felt a little steep, but seeing the portion, I was like, fair enough!! Two puffy layers were stacked up, each one quite thick, so it looked filling just by sight ♥️

The soufflé was such a cute pale blue-green that I shook it a few times for fun. You really can't tell just how fluffy it is until you try it~~

If there were a Hermès of soufflés, this would be it.. the flavor is this luxurious? My mouth is genuinely in bliss.

The soufflé and fig just melt away in your mouth like snow 🥹 I don't know much about soufflé, but one thing's for sure — 5to7's soufflé is delicious.

Hibiscus ade, the drink that pairs best with the soufflé

Both the refreshing hibiscus ade and the americano paired well with the sweet soufflé. If you're not a coffee drinker and are unsure what to order, I'd recommend the hibiscus ade. Pairing the sweet soufflé with the tart, tangy hibiscus ade made everything feel even cleaner in the mouth. The combo was better than I expected hahaha.
