Here's my family dinner review of Muhan Paldo Daepae, an all-you-can-eat spot near Jamsilsaenae.

I'm Sono's mom ^^ Today I'm sharing our visit to Muhan Paldo Daepae Jamsilsaenae Branch on a weekend evening in September '26 — my husband and I were really craving meat, so we went with our kid and ate our fill.
When you're looking for somewhere to eat as a family near Jamsilsaenae Station, or somewhere filling after a trip to Jamsil Stadium or Seokchon Lake, an all-you-can-eat pork place is a great option. I thought this place only did unlimited meat, but you can also enjoy ramyeon, fried rice, tteokbokki (Korean rice cakes in spicy sauce), and slushies — great for going with a kid :)

We arrived around 6:30pm on a weekend, and as expected for a Jamsilsaenae weekend evening, the place was packed with diners.
What the self-serve bar includes: unlimited pork and sides

Muhan Paldo Daepae Jamsilsaenae Branch lets you help yourself to shaved pork belly (daepae samgyeopsal) and various other cuts plus side dishes, as much as you want.

The self-serve bar had plenty of vegetables and mushrooms good for grilling, wrap vegetables, side dishes, and even tteokbokki.

I really enjoyed the soup tteokbokki.

There's plenty of meat of all kinds too. Now let's move to the other side.

On one side there were dinner rolls and strawberry sauce, so you can stuff meat in and make it like a Paldo burger,

and ingredients for self-serve fried rice are set up too.

And the thing I was really happy to see — unlimited ramyeon (instant noodles)! You eat meat, cook up a bowl of ramyeon partway through, and finish with fried rice — the whole course naturally comes together :)

And then the Paldo sauces. Of those, the perilla oil soy sauce was my favorite — nutty and savory-salty.

There's even more meat prepared on one side.
Grilling shaved pork fast and mixing your own sauces
Time to put it on the grill.

The nice thing about shaved pork is that it cooks fast on the grill. Eating out with a kid sometimes means long waits while they get hungrier and hungrier, but thin-cut meat can be grilled and eaten right away, which was great.
My husband and I barely stopped — putting meat on, eating, over and over.

It was amazing how well our kid ate too.

So we kept grilling nonstop. With fluffy steamed egg on the side too, it was a bite of meat, then rice,

then ramyeon too — we ate really busily, haha.
When the meat starts feeling a bit heavy, a palate-cleansing bowl of ramyeon lets you get right back to the meat, haha.

By this point our kid was full and had a cup of slushie.

But we weren't done! You have to finish with fried rice to round things off, haha.
Just when I thought we were finished, there was even heotgae tea (raisin tree tea) near the exit — talk about unlimited service, haha.
