Dento's bite-size sandwiches: a bruschetta platter of five toppings

This is Dento's signature visual menu item — the bite-size sandwich! On a long plate, crispy baguette slices come lined up, topped with a colorful mix of tomato, salmon avocado, mushroom and broccoli, potato salad, cream cheese, and more.

It's fun picking them up one by one, and each topping has a completely different flavor charm so there's no chance of getting bored. The baguette was especially crispy outside and soft inside, blending perfectly with the fresh ingredients. It's the kind of dish you enjoy with your eyes first, then fall for with your mouth.

Tomato soup served alongside the bite-size sandwiches

Dento's tomato soup

The tomato soup had a rich, smooth flavor that stood out. Built on a red tomato base with a hint of oil and spices for accent, it had a deep, robust taste.

It's delicious on its own, but dipping the bite-size sandwich into it made for an absolutely fantastic combination. I'd strongly recommend it as an appetizer that warms your stomach comfortably while whetting your appetite!

A glass of Dento's drip iced Americano

A brunch's inseparable partner, the cool drip iced Americano. Its clean, refreshing taste cut right through the slightly rich, greasy notes of brunch and left my mouth feeling fresh.

What really caught my eye, though, was the tomato embroidery coaster that came with the drink — I couldn't take my eyes off it! Along with the sentimental phrase "Choose the one that feels right" and the cute tomato fabric piece, it was a moment that really showed off Dento's attention to detail.
