Pangyo brunch café with lemon soda and fresh salads: Meolmeol

Today I visited Meolmeol Pangyo (멀멀 판교). It had an even better atmosphere than it looked online, and the food was surprisingly delicious—my desire to revisit is at x10000% at this Pangyo Baekhyeon-dong brunch spot ･ᴗ･ෆ

Refreshing Interiors with Lemon Accents

The exterior had me excited from the moment I arrived, but the instant I stepped into Meolmeol, it felt as if I had suddenly landed somewhere completely different. What is this place??.. From the interior to the music and atmosphere, the owner's taste is seriously something else 😳✨ The vivid color accents and lemons caught my eye, and when I looked at the menu, there were lots of dishes with lemon touches too! Just looking at them felt so bright and refreshing ✨

There are framed pictures all around too, and they make Meolmeol's atmosphere feel even more mysterious and unique! It felt a little like visiting a gallery, and a little like being on a trip? Exactly my taste—bang bang 🔫

The Seating and Space I Visited with My Baby

I visited with my 8-month-old third child. They had items for children, including a high chair and tableware, so it was great for coming with a baby too :) But isn't the atmosphere incredible?? It would be so nice for dates, friends, and gatherings as well. Between pickup time and my third child's excitement, we ate and left in just 30 minutes… Next time, I'm staying longer 🥹🥹

There were more seats inside than I expected, and it was spacious too. When I visited, there was even a group gathering of about eight people! Personally, since the weather has been so nice lately, I wanted to sit on the terrace where the yellow tables really pop, but of course it was super popular ㅜㅜ Since I had the baby, they recommended a spacious seat, so I settled for the window seat they suggested. It was roomy and had pretty flowers too, so I was happy!! haha

Among the varied menu items that show Meolmeol Pangyo's distinct character were dishes with combinations I had never seen before. I was so curious just looking at them!? So this time I tried the recommended dishes and the ones I was curious about, and wow… so. insanely. good. 🫣❤️ It seems the menu changes a little from time to time too~ Please try everything 🥹🥹🥹

What We Ordered

• Lemon vanilla soda shot
• Raspberry endive salad
• Truffle baby potato fries
• Fig tiramisu

🍋 The lemon vanilla soda shot was a bright, refreshing coffee drink with an espresso shot and lemon added to fizzy soda. Unusual, but delicious :) 🍑 The endive salad had raspberry yogurt, peach, jambon ham, and cabbage. Can you imagine it?? I had never even thought of that combination, but wow… it was so fresh, tangy, sweet, and delicious.

🥔 The truffle baby potato fries were crisp and fluffy, and the sauce was truly a work of art. One plate was not enough ㅜㅠ Next time I'm having two plates, hehe. 🪻 The fig tiramisu had Earl Grey-scented cream and soft cake layers that were incredible! Everything I ate was so delicious that I want to recommend it all ㅜㅜ The lasagna seemed popular too, so next time I have to go back for lasagna 🌷
