I heard there was a hot spot near Mullae Station where you can enjoy unlimited premium lamb ribs and T-bone steak, so I went to check it out 👀 It's Yangnam Yanghwa!

You can enjoy high-quality lamb at a reasonable all-you-can-eat price, and staff grill everything for you from start to finish, so I'd especially recommend it as a date course 🙆‍♀️ Let's get into the honest review 🙏

The interior of Yangnam Yanghwa Yeongdeungpo is basically all bar-style (dachi) table seating! Wooden partitions are set up at each seat, so I could enjoy the meal in a nice atmosphere without worrying about the people next to me 👏

There are neat coat hooks on the wall for hanging outerwear 🧥 — I could immediately tell why so many couples visit here 👥

Being able to enjoy quality lamb all-you-can-eat for around ₩30,000 was really appealing 💯

This time I properly enjoyed the premium lamb dining all-you-can-eat course with all three side dishes and a highball 🥢

Table setting and welcome drink 🍸

Once you sit down, a neat spread of banchan (side dishes) and various sauces is set out cutely!

From pickled nogak (aged cucumber) and shredded pickled radish to wasabi, mayo sauce, cumin salt (jjilan), plain salt, mint sauce, and a soy sauce dip with chopped cheongyang chili ✨ — there was a wide variety of sauces

They also serve a sweet lemon welcome drink around 3% ABV, which was perfect for waking up my palate before the meal 🍋

T-bone steak and lamb ribs, grilled by the staff

At Yangnam Yanghwa, the first round comes with T-bone steak and lamb ribs together, and after that, staff ask if there's a particular cut you enjoyed more so you can freely order more of that cut.

The staff grilled everything to just the right doneness over the strong charcoal fire, so all I had to do was eat comfortably — the best ❤️

I had a prejudice that all-you-can-eat meat quality would be lacking, but that was absolutely not the case here 🙅‍♀️

Jim Beam highball, 7,000 won

I paired the meat with a Jim Beam highball, and its refreshing, crisp taste went really well with the lamb

Take a bite of the rich, savory lamb, then a sip of the Jim Beam highball, and your palate gets completely reset!

It's topped with plenty of crispy garlic flakes!! The savory flavor paired well with the lamb 🍚

Bibim myeon (cold spicy noodles), 4,000 won

The side dish I really recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ bibim guksu (spicy mixed cold noodles)!! 🍜

Not an unfamiliar, exotic flavor but a familiar one — and it's scary how good that familiar flavor is🫪

Seafood ramyeon, 7,000 won

I had the seafood ramyeon (instant noodle soup) as a kind of finishing touch after finishing all the meat,

It was packed with seafood like crab and mussels, so even though it's ramyeon, it had deep flavor! A perfect side dish that cut through the richness 🦀🍲

Hallabong citrus ice cream dessert, refilled on request

After the meal, you're served a refreshing Hallabong (orange) ice cream as dessert! 🍊 Unlike the cheap vanilla ice cream typically given at regular BBQ restaurants, this one was luxurious and delicious — perfect for cleansing the palate ✨

It was so good that I hesitantly asked the owner if a refill was possible, and they kindly and happily gave me one 💕

Is Yangnam Yanghwa worth it? Final verdict

If you want to stuff yourself with high-quality lamb near Mullae/Yeongdeungpo, this is a definite recommendation👍

The meat quality was excellent to the point it's hard to believe it's only around ₩30,000, and having staff grill everything over charcoal meant I could enjoy the meal comfortably 🥩

From the main lamb to the bibim guksu, garlic rice, seafood ramyeon, and the ice cream dessert — nothing was lacking at this excellent restaurant!

With the cozy atmosphere and friendly service on top of everything, I'm definitely planning to come back — whether for a date course or whenever I want to eat lamb to my heart's content 🙌
