Jojomomo, a Korean-style dining bar, sits in the bar district of Bangi-dong, Jamsil — about an 8-minute walk from Line 2 Jamsil Station Exit 10, 7 minutes from Line 8 Monchontoseong Station Exit 3, and 10 minutes from Line 9 Songpanaru Station. It's within walking distance from three different subway lines, so the transit access is really great! 👍👍👍

I visited at 5pm on a Sunday and the atmosphere was great and quiet — even nicer for it. But by past 7pm it fills up completely like this, so it's clearly a super popular Korean food bar in Jamsil Bangi! Jojomomo takes group and venue bookings, plus Table-ing and Naver Table reservations, so book ahead!
The free potato salad starter and welcome drink
Jojomomo starts you off with a pre-meal potato salad & crackers plus a welcome drink! Doesn't that appetizer alone show serious sense? 🤭🤭 The potato salad is honestly a gem — it somehow pairs with the Korean dishes too, so I secretly finished the whole thing.
Jojomomo's menu and its solo-drinking set
Here's Jojomomo's menu board, promising delicious food and drinks every morning and every evening — cute name to match! Recommended dishes are marked with a top mark, and spice levels are clearly labeled, so it's easy to read haha. True to a Korean-style dining bar, the mains, sides, and even desserts are all Korean fusion dishes, and the drinks range from dongdongju (rice wine), cheongju, yakju, fruit wines, and distilled liquors to special premium spirits — plus the usual soju, beer, and soft drinks. What interested me most was the 'solo-drinking set' menu — for solo guests, they serve small portions of the main dishes at a lower price! I'm planning to go back soon and try the solo-drinking set with my own money ☆

🎀 Signature pork rib suyuk (₩29,000) 🎀 The meat was so tender — even after sitting on the fire for that long, it stayed not-even-1%-tough. Dip it in sauce with aged kimchi, add the chives and garlic that come alongside, wrap it up and eat — absolute perfection.
Octopus seafood kimchi jeon, 18,000 won
Loaded generously with octopus and kimchi, Jojomomo's 🎀 octopus seafood kimchi jeon (₩18,000) 🎀 comes in a big bowl with a huge portion!! It's not spicy or greasy, and super crispy, so I demolished this one too, hehe 😚😚
Fried chicken and draft beer instead of a second bar
We originally planned to go to a second spot, but the vibe was so good we just stayed put and ordered Jojomomo's boneless fried chicken, 6 pieces (₩8,000), & Cass draft beer (₩5,000) instead. Even the side-dish fried chicken was substantial and delicious — what is this place?? ☆ Jojomomo? Officially my regular spot now.
