Saechamcoffee is a great sandwich brunch spot to swing by after얼룩말 식당 (Eollukmal Sikdang), a famous restaurant on Daengni-dan-gil in Manan-gu, Anyang. Let me show you the interior and the menu!

Inside Saechamcoffee: what are the seats like?
Saechamcoffee has a warm, wood-toned interior with a nice atmosphere. The space extends fairly deep inside, and the seats are spaced generously apart so it never feels cramped.

There's a big picture window looking out onto the street, so you can feel the season change — a spot I'd want to sit at on a rainy day or a snowy day.

I liked that there were several seats where you could sit alone and spend time without feeling out of place. It's a good stop before or after a walk in Samdeok Park, which makes it perfect for coming with your dog.
Saechamcoffee menu and prices

An Americano is ₩4,300, a café latte is ₩4,700, and the signature drink is ₩7,000. There are five kinds of drip coffee, plus smoothies, detox juice, herbal tea, traditional tea, and ade drinks — plenty of options even if you don't drink coffee.

Levain cookies, scones, and castella make up the sweet baked-goods dessert lineup, and they pair perfectly with coffee.

There are three sandwiches: the caprese basil sandwich for ₩12,000, the spicy chicken sandwich for ₩11,500, and the truffle jambon-beurre sandwich for ₩11,000. Since there are plenty of outlets for laptop work, a sandwich is great when you get hungry mid-session, and they're also good for a brunch date.

Since this is a drip-coffee café worth visiting for the coffee alone, they also sell drip bags to take home!

The reed and silvergrass decor gives off an autumnal mood, making it a nice place for a date.

The separated room seat for laptop work
There's a separated room space toward the back of Saechamcoffee, and this is the spot that's great for working on a laptop. The outlets are placed up high so they're easy to use.
Since the space is enclosed, it's also good if you've brought your dog along.
How do the caprese basil sandwich set and levain cookie taste?

I ordered the caprese basil sandwich set, two levain cookies, and the signature honey salt latte. If you order the sandwich as a set, it comes with an Americano and works out cheaper.

I'd been desperately searching for a good coffee spot in Manan-gu, Anyang, and both the Americano and the signature honey salt latte were delicious — sweet in a good way!

The crisply toasted ciabatta with cheese, tomato, and basil is a combo that's always good, no matter how many times I've had it. It's filling enough that one is a perfect meal replacement.

But honestly, the levain cookies were the real standout! I always thought levain cookies were pretty much the same everywhere, but wow — this place is different! It tasted like something bought separately from a dedicated cookie shop. If you visit Saechamcoffee, you absolutely have to try the cookies!!!!
Is Saechamcoffee worth a visit?
If you're looking for a café with a nice atmosphere in Manan-gu, Anyang — one that's good for laptop work, dog-friendly, and known for sandwiches — I'd recommend Saechamcoffee. It's easy to focus in, everything from the sandwiches to the desserts to the coffee is delicious, and it's a place I'd want to visit again. A café well-loved by locals in Manan-gu, Anyang.
