Siheung seafood restaurant: snow crab ramyeon set at Crab Yasijang
In short
Crab Yasijang Multinational Course Sushi Geobukseom Main Branch is a seafood set-menu and aged sushi restaurant on Geobukseom-ro in Siheung, Gyeonggi. Lunch here was one Pohang-style live abalone mulhoe (cold raw fish soup) set and one Jumunjin snow crab ramyeon set, each arriving as a full table with rice, soft tofu, napa cabbage salad and honey grilled crab. The leftover mulhoe sauce was finished with rice and the crab ramyeon carried a deep seafood savoriness, making Crab Yasijang a 100% would-return spot.

Looking for somewhere to properly enjoy seafood near Oido or Geobukseom, I went to Crab Yasijang Multinational Course Sushi Geobukseom Main Branch.

From the main dish to all the sides, the table came fully loaded, which made it fun to try everything one by one. The broth wasn't harsh at all — clean but with real depth. It came with napa cabbage salad and honey grilled crab too, so there was plenty of variety to taste.

From the main dishes to the side napa cabbage salad and honey grilled crab, everything felt made with real care — Crab Yasijang is a Geobukseom restaurant I'd come back to 100%.

I ordered one Pohang-style raw abalone mulhoe set and one Jumunjin snow crab ramyeon set.
First impressions: the sides that come with every set

Crab Yasijang's sets come with soft tofu, napa cabbage salad and honey grilled crab. It's easy to think of the sides that come with the main dish as just accompaniments, but there was enough variety here to enjoy each one on its own. I started with the nutty, soft tofu, then moved on to the napa cabbage salad.
The soft napa cabbage paired with a nutty, tangy dressing made for a clean, refreshing bite.
The honey grilled crab came alongside too — sweet with a crispy texture, and genuinely delicious.
How fresh is the Pohang-style live abalone mulhoe set?

Craving something cool for summer, I ordered the Pohang-style raw abalone mulhoe set at Crab Yasijang. Once it was laid out, the spread was seriously generous.
It came loaded with fresh live abalone, raw fish sashimi, sea squirt and crunchy vegetables.
Along with the mulhoe, it came with rice, napa cabbage salad, honey grilled crab and soft tofu, so I could mix and match a variety of dishes.
The mulhoe had a tangy, deeply seasoned sauce that paired well with the seafood. I ate the chewy sashimi and abalone with the thin wheat noodles first, then mixed rice into the leftover sauce.
Eating the cold mulhoe first and then filling up with rice made it a perfect lunch.
Jumunjin snow crab ramyeon set: cool broth, deep seafood savoriness

I also ordered Crab Yasijang's Jumunjin snow crab ramyeon set. If you like a cool, hearty soup or a good hangover-curing dish, you have to order this.

The crab ramyeon comes with rice, soft tofu, napa cabbage salad and honey grilled crab.
More than anything, the seafood packed into the ramyeon was generous.

With snow crab and abalone, plus mussels and clams, the broth had a deep, savory seafood flavor.
The broth wasn't heavy at all — it was clean and refreshing, so I fished out the seafood and finished by mixing in rice.

Not only was the quality of the main dishes solid, but even the smallest side showed real care — I felt genuinely well taken care of throughout the meal.

If you're craving seafood after a drive to Oido or a walk around Geobukseom, I recommend Crab Yasijang Geobukseom Main Branch. It's also great for a group to visit and share several dishes.

It's packed with snow crab, abalone, clams and mussels, so the broth tastes completely different from regular ramyeon. You can taste the savory depth from the seafood, and the broth is clean enough that mixing in rice after the noodles works well too.
